The relief has been instant! This is really well made. It was easy to put on and adjust, even with both my shoulders and biceps in agony. I left the back strap buckle as it was and adjusted from the front. That has kept the buckle away from the spine area and it is situated towards top of shulder blade where it is comfortable, even laying down. I used a triple thick tubigrip bandage under the arm pieces, and a thick cotton t-shirt under the entire thing. No rubbing and great support. For women i advice wearing the bodystrap under the bust... I have just bought a second one for the other side and feel really hopeful that this can allow my tendons to heal, and immflamation to subside. I have not done so yet, but I feel it will be comfortable enough to sleep in, over a teeshirt. So happy I bought this.

An accident at work 30 odd years ago has recently come back to haunt me . . . A quick background . . . I fell down the metal ladder of a grain silo one winter- slippy rungs! Fell around 10 feet and grabbed a rung with my right hand breaking my fall and tearing my shoulder muscles 🫣 Absolute agony at the time but it eased off. Fast forward 30 years and I now work handballing shipping containers out for a three lettered well known tv shopping channel 📺 👀 I can lift upto 10 tonnes of boxes per day - 30kg+ boxes. Lately after 12 years the shoulder of this 57 year old has become decidedly weaker. So I thought I'd try this shoulder support 🤷🏻‍♂️ It is definitely well made, robust with great velcro attachments that hold very well. It definitely pulls the shoulder mechanism 'in/together' making the whole shoulder feel more solid. During lifting it's super comfortable and allows free full movement. Does it work? It isn't the answer and isn't perfect but it definitely does help to reduce stress/pain. I'm glad I bought it 👍🏼 I think in my case a new job is the answer! 🙏🏼

My 76 yr old husband has an old shoulder injury which has been 'playing up'. Painkillers did not help. He felt that this shoulder support held his shoulder firmly in place, therefore, helping him heal. The pain has not gone but is a lot better. He could hardly use his arm but can now.

My elderly mum has a rotator cuff tear and is waiting to see consultant. I bought this hoping it would help ease the pain but it made the pain worse! The buckle on the sleeve was digging in and also the strap under the arm was rubbing so had to return.

Terrible fit & support. Very poor.

Works well, it doesn't have crazy compression but enough to keep your shoulder in place when training or doing normal tasks. Would suggest to not use on bare skin like product photo any brace with straps is bound to dig into skin that's just design. Use this alongside some work to help aid your shoulder pain and it's great.

Listen up ladies... if you are like me, slightly on the more buxom side just be a little careful where the plastic bits end up across your front. I bruise easily and have had a couple. Not something a guy has to think about. The under arm wrap could do with being a little longer as the plastic buckle sits against my skin and its not always that comfy. BUT... it definitely works, my shoulder is pain free for the first time in a couple of months.

It works somehow probably... I tried to use them while training... I do not feel any support, its moving too. Did give it a try a couple of times but stopped using it after a few times. Tape works much better.
