The media could not be loaded. My store was under renovation, laying large format tiles on uneven surfaces used to be a headache, but this tool makes it so much easier. The vibration function helps the thinset adjust better, and now I can get perfect alignment without all the struggle. Worth every penny

They put a charger with a Eurostandart plug. The charger is of very poor quality in terms of weight. The tool itself is good.

The media could not be loaded. None of the reviewers, neither in 'Videos for this product', nor any of the customer reviews, seem to notice that the device comes with a Type C plug. I see the EU style plug in the other videos, but it's not mentioned in any of the reviews.Since I don't have an adapter, I had to replace the plug with a style that will work with my electrical sockets. Maybe they now ship with the correct plug type in the USA, but the one I got had to be changed. I show the modification in the video, which is very simple.OK, onward... The carry case is adequate, but a welcome addition to store the device when it is not in use. It is inexpensive molded plastic, but fits the tool, battery & charger nicely.The instruction booklet is atrocious. It's reasonably slick, but the English grammar is awful. In some ways, it seems to be a bad blend of immigrant English and Teutonic insistence.Fortunately, operation is pretty simple and can be figured out within a few minutes.The vibratory action is POWERFUL! It "allows you to adjust based on tile material, size, and adhesive thickness". Rather than hoping that your spreading of the adhesive is well done, the vibration evens out the thinset so that it is distributed (nearly) perfectly.Manufacture quality appears to be excellent. It looks and feels like it should last a good long time. If it is only used to lay tiles in a single room, it is worth the price. If used (over time) to renovate a whole house... floors, bathroom walls, kitchen countertop... then it is a real bargain. My only reservation is the life of the battery. Can it be replaced or a backup obtained? Can the cells in the battery be swapped out? That can surely be done, but it looks difficult. Oh, one other thing... there is no status indicator on the voltage inverter. A little light to show that it is working would be good.

This is an excellent tile vibration leveling machine with multiple adjustable speed settings. It’s very effective if you’re replacing tiles at home. After using it, my husband said the machine improves efficiency and is definitely worth it.

this is not good to work in USA and the seller won't want to be responsible to fix the problemI don't recomend this product, do not want other people to have the same problem!!!!!!!

This leveling machine is great! It comes in a hard plastic case for storage. The machine works great, it is a little heavy, but not unmanageable. It definitely gets the job done efficiently & effectively! It's super simple to use and makes a HUGE difference! Price point is fair!

I didn't even know this was an option. I recently replaced a floor in a small (and I mean small) closet. I used tile simply because I had enough left from another project. Great tool, it comes in a sturdy box, and it's battery operated so no cords to get in the way. It was almost fun using this, the project went super quickly and all my tiles are completely level. As a secondary tool, I also used this for some epoxy work I was doing, and this vibrated all the bubbles out wonderfully, and I don't need to use a torch anymore. Yay!

This item is not made for charging in America without buying an Europe to American plug adapter.
