Really nice soft hair. Looks natural

Recently I was diagnosed with alopecia areata. I spent a lot of time trying to use my natural hair to cover the spot and was constantly worried it was showing. For peace of mind I decided to start looking into hair toppers. I’m totally new to this so didn’t want to invest a lot of money for something I wasn’t sure would be a good tool for me. I’m pleasantly surprised with this topper. I was not expecting superior quality. And I did have to modify it a bit to work for me.Pros- the hair texture and color totally matches my own hair. It feels fairly realistic for synthetic hair. It does the job for what I got it for. It also comes with 2 extra clips.Cons- the front does not lie flat for me. I’ve read that in order for the front to lie flat, you generally need a more expensive/higher quality piece. I tried to blend with hair fiber and also my own hair, but it just looks silly. So my solution is to wear a headband to cover it. Or pull out some of my own hair and pull it back in a half pony tail over the top to disguise the front hairline of the topper.The clips are very flimsily sewn into the crown and come out easily. I solved that by re-sewing them in myself.Overall it was worth the buy to start dabbling in options as I move through dealing with alopecia. I wanted to write this review in hopes that it may be helpful for others dealing with their own hair loss.

The quality of the hair is quite nice and matches my hair perfectly, it’s got a nice thickness but it’s also lightweight. I think it’s a great alternative to extensions in terms of adding some volume to your hair.

Got this because it matches my own hair. I always wake up late in the mornings so not much time to straighten and curl hair. This is an easy fix. Clips right in. Stays put all day! Super soft & hides my grays.

I like the hair quality and color , I did not like the hairline. I ended up needing to move back and added a clip to the center and it was still lifting. But I made it work and added my other extensions for length and volume. Overall good for the price, I just wish they would add a clip to the center to help it flatten to the hairline better.

It looks just like my hair before I got sick. I love it. The other review said it does not shed. It's true! Unlike wigs, it does not wrap my whole head like a swimming cap. Breathable, lightweight, and gorgeous.
