My wife has small hands and has difficulty in gripping heavier kettlebells due to the corresponding increase in handle diameter. This Adjustable kettlebell is ideal because of the solid feel of the handle that accommodates a smaller grip and she is now able to lift heavier weights as a result. The consistent 3kg increase in weight from 2kg to 20kg over 7 plates is better than a similar product only having 6 plates which jumps from 11kg to 16kg. Changing weight is smooth and quick and the build quality is excellent. Additionally the amount of space saved compared to my collection of kettlebells is impressive. I'm now thinking of selling my collection of kettlebells and getting one for myself.

It takes up hardly any space at all in our flat. Perfect for home workouts. Switching between the selectable weights in the middle of a workout is super quick and easy with a very satisfying click to let you know without looking down. The kettlebell itself feels very good quality and very sturdy. Great value for money as i would have spent more on the individual weights and struggled to find somewhere to store all of them!

I ordered this as it was a fair bit cheaper than the more popular competitor. I previously used two cast iron kettle bells and I needed a 3rd weight, I figured I'd replace all that with one adjustable kettle bell. Compared to my previous kettle bells, the handle on this is fantastic, the chrome finish is smooth yet easy to keep a good grip on. The weight range works great for me, and it's fairly easy to change by simply twisting the kettle bell on it's stand to select your desired weight. It could be improved though, a light touch can have it move two weight positions and sometimes you have to fight it a little bit to get it to the right selection. I did have to perform a repair, a metal rod came out of it and I had to position it back in and secure it with some super glue, it wasn't too much trouble and I'm sure if you had the same issue you could simply request an exchange.

Misleading to describe this as 20kg max if it's actually (per description) 40lb.

Like others have said it is big, but it works for me. I’m 5’3” 150lb female and I have used it for swings, lunges and curl/press. Good value if you need heavier kettlebells.
