Leg Avenue Women's 2 Piece Melody Monster Dotted Dress with Furry Monster Hood

A higher quality costume than other Leg Avenue costumes I have tried. This is a sexy, sexy monster outfit and by far, had the most features. The dress is flattering, made of a thicker material that doesn't reveal bulges, and a Small fit great! I am 5'7", 119 lbs, 32D. It is short, but I wore this with neon fishnet tights, so wasn't too worried about it. Other reviews have mentioned that the neckline gapes or reveals too much, but I had no problems with that. I wore a regular bra and the dress covered all the essential parts without gaping or showing my bra straps.The hood is super, super cute. Cuter than the other monster costumes I tried and which my friends wore for the Electric Run. It is full and plush, has a full set of teeth (one of which is gold - that is just cool), and the pom poms were useful handles during the night. The stitching is very well done and the horns stand up when it's worn. I tried on monster hoods with similar costumes that showed raw stitching on the outside and with horns that wouldn't stand up straight, so this hood is a much better quality.Lastly, the neon green and pink of this outfit was perfect for the Electric Run. Even the white polka dots added to the costume when running through blacklight - my entire costume lit up! I wore this with a turquoise wig with white highlights and the neon green furry leg covers. It was a huge hit. My friends and I were stopped multiple times for photos along the route and at the dance party. We felt like celebrities! Highly recommend.

I bought this costume for an event that is doing a monsters theme for halloween. I loved how this looked. Only recommendation is to brush the furry part of the costume and it will come alive. It does not come with the fuzzy boots unfortunately but you can also match it up with leg warmers. The dress does ride up and you will have to pull it down. But you can also pair this with shorts underneath or black leggings so it looks family friendly. It is low cut so I will be pairing this with a tank top or tube top. Overall you can dress this up however you would like. It looks and feels really well made. And I love the monster hood it is super cute. Definitely going to be hit at parties.

Although the costume fit well, it was WAY too short, extremely hard to dance in, but I rocked some awesome nude colored tights that seemed to do the trick (despite the fact that I was constantly pulling the dress down the whole night). I am 5'2" and ~115 lbs or so, I ordered an xsmall because one of the other costumes I got was the same size and it fit just fine. REGARDLESS, This costume was a HUGE HIT! I ended up winning sexiest costume (even though I was really just trying to be funny!). No one had seen anything like it all Halloween and it was definitely the most unique costume I have ever purchased. I would probably get a size up from what actually may fit just to be safe... But all in all, I would recommend it. I would highly recommend this!

I loved this costume the moment I saw it, so you can imagine my happiness at receiving it.It's such a fun costume with bright colours (like the picture).The green fuzz needs to be fluffed up before you wear it to get the best look, and i found the horns don't stand so straight up as in the picture but rather flop a bit. Not a problem though as the hood fits comfortably without issues. It doesn't come with the shoes or legwarmers, but I do recommend getting legwarmers (and even fuzzy "paws" gloves) to add more fun and bring it all together.I'm very fit and usually fit in XS/S sixes but do take in account the sizing chart. It told me I was an M/L which (unfortunately for me) was true for this one (anything smaller would have been a second skin!), so be careful when you buy it and make sure you get the one that will actually fit you!Also note that the cut isn't very well done. In the picture everything around the chest area is hidden by the wig, but this is what I found when I tried it on: The cut around the shoulders is very wide (so your bra straps will show) and the cleavage area is very very low (on me, it showed my whole bra if put right). I will be forced to wear a tank top underneath in order to cover up, or have the top area taken in and re-sewed properly which would mean wearing opaque tights as it brings the dress to the point where it barely covers my bum.Overall, I love this costume and think it's going to be a hit every time I decide to wear it, but note that it's not a perfect fit/cut and you will have to play around with the items in order to get the look you want.

I bought this costume for halloween. Since it stated in the title it was a 3 piece set. Well I figured it came with the legwarmers. It doesn't!! I even ordered a replacement and still no legwarmers!!!!! Otherwise the costume is fantastic.

This is the perfect costume for the price and quality. I saw this costume at a local costume store and they were selling it for almost double what I paid for it on amazon. I'm glad I didn't spend double since I think the quality is perfect for the price I paid on here. I said the outfit fit as expected because I expected it to be smaller than your typical 14/16 or large. Which it was, but I ordered some blue yoga shorts to wear under for 'safety' reasons.I purchased the fuzzy leg warmers and a wig separately and it all looks perfect together.UPDATE****I finally wore this costume for an event. I would highly recommend if you know you might sweat that you don't wear this costume. Every part of my body that was touching the pink part of the costume is now neon pink and won't come off after vigorous scrubbing. I noticed that my deodorant took off some of the pink when I applied it but I'm not rubbing deodorant all over my body. This costume is still super adorable but I had to lower my rating due to my brightly stained skin.
