Full volume in gym it's Not very loud because it doesn't sit in/on the ear very well.Noise cancelling? No. Well not external noise.Non adjustable so can't press closer to ear.

When it comes to music I like buds for running but when breaking a sweat they can come loose! For great listening experience i use over head headphones, theses definitely sit in a league of there own!There's are super comfortable to wear and are really nice and snug with zero chance of loosing them! The sound quality is good even at maximum! Bass dosn't sound tinny but isn't deep, noise cancelling is non existent which is what you want with running earphones even more so if your in a outside environment! The case feels quite flimsy and cheaply made but it's just a portable charging dock that's not going to be thrown about so is completely fine, pairing is super easy, overall they do as they say and are perfect for what they do! The quality is on point for the value, your not going to be blown away with the sound quality but you won't be disappointed either for the value.If your after earbuds just for the gym or jogging then these tick all the boxes and are perfect for that! And i would highly recommend!If your after good value earbuds for daily use due to the value I'd recommend.If your after super high quality or studio audio quality i wouldn't recommend.But as they do as they are listed to do and do a brilliant job at doing so definitely a 5/5 product! Would definitely recommend!

I was using Avanti ear buds.The JLab have the advantage of holding the charge better, and are equally comfortable to use. However the sound quality is much poorer. have to ramp the volume up much higher, and the effect is tinny, echoing sound.

The price is a fairly low-mid price, so a good alternative to the bigger brand for open ear headphones. The connectivity is good and they charge well too.
