I purchased the product yesterday and installed in my Win 10 desktop. It did not work to my expectations, and I could not contact the supplier m/s Electromart due the day being Sunday. Today morning I contacted the supplier and got response within minutes. As per his guidance through whatsapp I made certain modifications and the Office 2019 is not working fine. Then on Monday around 11 am i recieved their reply and i cited my problems as it was not activating then they showed me some steps and after following i was successfully able to activate my office and btw it's MS Office 2019 Professional Plus not just 2019 Professional. So happy to finally see I can get an official licence for the Office software and everything works perfectly on my machine. Instructions were easy and highly recommend you do as requested by seller - remove previous software and restart your machine so you are installing a clean copy on a clean machine. In my case though it said I was downloading 2019 software the software that turned up on my machine said it was 2016 and I had to go to File / Account and then click on the change licence link and then once I put in the new licence number again it updated to 2019. It may have been an anomaly because I brought another licence a few months ago (different seller) for another machine and everything went exactly as the instructions for this one - go to the website / log in / download 2019 software etc - so all perfect, but just incase the same thing happens to you that is how to handle. Would highly recommend the product though - I had to reset my other machine a few months ago and when you do that any software not recognised by Microsoft automatically gets removed - but this stayed on the machine - so MS Office did recognise it as a legit product. After looking at MS charge obscene prices for the software that stays on their websites a limited amount of time then gets taken off in favour of a more expensive product - a £22 licence that lasts a lifetime is a much needed dream when prices everywhere else are skyrocketing. I highly recommend this product but I also highly recommend this seller because when I felt there was an issue they came back to me immediately with a response and when I provided a solution they were open minded enough to say they will check it out and if necessary update their instructions - and I couldn't ask for anything more.

The all set up was extremely easy. It took 10 min approx. No issues there whatsoever. I haven't used it yet but I checked to see that it's all there, and it is. The only thing, and this might be nothing to worry at all, but I noticed that when downloading, and after dowload completed it says MO 365. However, when I checked the programs list it is listed as Office 2019, so it might just be a standard window notification (photo attached). Also, I checked my Microsoft account and I can't see any 365 subscription. I whatsapped the seller to find out more. I'll update when they respond. But so far, I give it top rating for ease of installation, and easy to follow instructions, which arrived throught the post 2 days before scheduled. UPDATED REVIEW seller responded promptly to Whatsup message. All in oeder. This product is great, and I was shocked how easy it was to install. Highly recommend it

To download the software, I used Norton Safesearch and typed in the web address shown in the instructions. This took me to a scam website disguised as a Microsoft website. I typed in the 20 digit license number, my mobile number and email address as requested, and the page came up with an error number. My mobile rang and it was the scammer pretending to be a Microsoft technician. To cut a long story short, he explained there was malware on my computer preventing the software download and wanted £299 to remove it and install a firewall. As my computer was new and I had Norton on it I became suspicious that this was a scam and ended our conversation. They were persistent and rang me back but gave up eventually. So be careful not to make my mistake and ensure you click on a genuine Microsoft web site. (So much for Norton Safesearch) Bottom line is the product works great and is very good value for money.

Upon payment the single page instruction document arrived within two days. Simply follow the steps one by one and office 2019 installs flawlessly. Please note that after you have downloaded the office installer and proceeded to installation you will see the Office 365 window. This must be generic because it downloads office 2019. Be patient as the download takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Be sure to have a microsoft account. If not create one. Log in as first step. Then go to the web site on the document. Activation code provided worked first time. You may be asked to choose default option when you first open word. Again follow instruction on document. A big thank you this is a very cost effective way to install office. Note you will need installation on a laptop if you need to use publisher.
