This is my third playpen
I purchased the first playpen 6 years ago for a new puppy. It was wonderful, it looks good (still, after 6 years) altho I no longer use it as a playpen, it is great shape and has held up perfectly, no cracking or fading, no disintegration, etc. I am super pleased with the quality of this Made in the the USA product. This year, I wanted to keep my dogs out of my garden while I was gone, but I didn't want permanent fencing or gates. I had the original playpen, that can also be used as a fence, (sort of) without permanently attaching it. But it wasn't quite long enough, so I ordered another that is EXACTLY the same as the original!! I love that!! So, I connected the two, which I must say lined up perfectly and created the fence to keep the dogs from my garden. I was so happy to be able to do this with minimal cost, compared to permanent fencing. The only downside of this product is you have to disassemble every other panel for it to fold and put away... otherwise there is no real problems with any aspect of this playpen or in my case, fence. When I received the playpen, two of the end caps on the connecting rods were broken. I contacted IRIS USA re: replacement on friday, 2 business days ago, they have already responded, apologized, and are going to replace the 2 end caps. Within a week, I not only had the replacement caps, but they also sent extra connecting rods with ends attached. You couldn't ask for better or faster customer service. Thanks Rebecca.I would 10 out of 10 recommend this product and will buy again if necessary.Thank you IRIS for the quality product.

Great product
Those panels are solid, easy to assemble and easy to take apart.I bought two of them and I am very pleased. When put together, it is pretty solid and I like the door so I don't have to lift dogs into it or out of it.I have a pet food canister by this company which is also very solid.

Excellent for Rabbit(s)
I purchased this pen a month ago for my indoor full grown rabbit (standard Rex) who weighs 10.5 pounds (about the size of the average cat). I use all eight panels and it provides her a luxurious large enclosure that she loves when I'm not home to supervise her roaming throughout the house. The door offers an easy way to let her come in and out of her pen. Also, for me to fill up her water and food dishes. Although, it's nearly just as easy to pull out a pole that links the panels with a single hand and walk into the pen. My rabbit is 18 months old so she's past the adolescent age of a rabbit when excessive chewing occurs. She never was a destructive chewer as a young rabbit since I always supply her with pine cones, apple tree sticks, and other enjoyable things for her to chew on. I share that because she never chewed her previous wire cage and doesn't chew at this plastic pen panels. I feel fairly confident that a rabbit who is a chewer in a roomy cage or pen will also chew this pen. This pen is made of a strong plastic that I don't believe would be easy if even possible for a rabbit to chew through, but could definitely be chewed at. With that being said my rabbit's nose doesn't fit through the vertical spaces. She can put her nose through only enough to have a finger rub the end of her nose. My rabbit has never bitten but for rabbits that don't have a clean bite history know that a full size carrot fits through the spaces so fingers poked through aren't safe for rabbits that bite. The spaces are small enough that everything outside the pen is out of reach from my rabbit. I ever so strongly recommend this pen for indoor rabbits. I'll add more pictures of my rabbit illustrating how much her nose sticks through when I remember to take a picture of it. Remember that a happy rabbit (having adequate living room, not bored, and healthy) is the biggest factor in having your rabbit be a great pet (non destructive, not grouchy, affectionate, etc). P.S. My picture that also shows my cat is of a three week old baby bunny who can get through the spacing of the pen, but chooses to say inside the pen with their mom. My cat has been raised with rabbits and is absolutely no threat to them.
