Oh I love this! It’s not the large 9” which for me is perfect. I’m a household of 1 so I prefer making smaller amounts and I live in a small space so this little spring form fits easily in my cupboard and the quality is great. The locking mechanism is smooth and it cleans up in a snap

I bought this to make cheesecake in and it worked perfectly. I’ve made several for different occasions and my kids keep asking for more.

Good sturdy pan, cleans easily in the dishwasher and doesn’t stick, though I have found using a pan spray with it is extra helpful.
