Coleman Powersports RKS200A Storage Rack

I bought these for a DB30 knowing they probably wouldn't fit directly. I was pleasantly surprised by the build quality, I expected them to be pretty thin material, but they are very stout. These will hold far more weight than I will ever be able to load on the bike. The front rack was able to fit without any modification other than having to drill 2 holes on the forks. The rear was a little more intensive. The coleman bike apparently uses a much larger diameter axle shaft, so I was not able to use the extended axle provided. The coleman also must have some sort of bar or plate under the back of the seat the DB does not have. I cut the rear grab bar off so it would not be in the way, and welded a bar across the back of the seat for the rear mounting tab. For the lower portion, since I was unable to use the axle, I bought 2 5/8 x 1 3/4 bolts and nylock nuts, and welded the bolts to the frame. If you have the means, it is very doable. If you actually have a coleman bike, you probably don't need to worry about it.

So these racks are an absolute value for the money. VERY rugged and robust. The front is a piece of cake to install. The back requires pulling the axle out and is tricky (but doable) to do. Well worth the 30 bux. and fwiw this is a no BS real review. I actually have 2 CT200U-A's that this is going on.

Durable and well made, easy to install. My only complaint is that the front rack is not truly horizontal or would have been 5 star.

I got one of the Coleman CT200U minibikes to use on our farm. It did not come with one of these rack kits installed. After I got the minibike assembled I ordered this rack kit from Amazon for around $20 Prime. The rear rack is large and very useful, I keep a large box bungi-corded to the rear rack for bringing the mail down our 1/4-mile long driveway. Both racks are very sturdy. The rear rack is a bit difficult to mount, you must remove the rear wheel axle completely and replace it with the included "longer" axle. There are also a number of spacers that need to be installed on the axle, it's good to have someone to help with the installation as you'll need extra hands to get everything together. These are great mini bikes and the racks add a lot of usefulness and carrying ability. Happy mini biking to all!

Product was delivered exactly as advertised in great condition. Front and rear racks are heavy duty metal items with an included extended length rear axle bolt to accommodate the extra length necessary to mount the rack to the axle.With these racks the load carrying ability of the Coleman mini-bike is increased measurably. Placing the mini-bike atop a milk crate allows the quick and easy rack installation both front and rear in about an hour or less.

Good stuff. Works great, but I do have the EX model, so modifications are required. No big deal and worth the effort. I think I even found a way to utilize the front rack.

Good racks for the minibike. These bikes used to come with these same racks, but it's hard to find them with the racks included any more. It seems like a way to keep the cost of the bike about the same but account for inflation or make better profit. Either way you get it, the racks are a huge help if your bike has a utilitarian purpose. I used U-bolts to add a milk crate to the back rack so I can carry things. Be careful about how much weight you put on the back as it can make the bike want to do wheelies or just make the front end light and the handling hazardous at speed.

Purchased this for my CT200U-EX after reading reviews about it being compatible. It does indeed fit. Follow the intructions up until the point where it tells you to screw it on the frame. You will then need to remove the seat and drill two holes onto the frame. Then find a nut and bolt that fits. Reassemble and just like that, your CT200U-EX is a lot more handy. It only took me about 3 hours to install. It makes the CT200U-EX a lot more useful as it previously lacked the ability to carry big and heavy cargo.
