These have quickly become my favorite WLED controllers for semi-permanent install. They're tiny (easily fit into single gang electrical boxes), use the lovely open-source WLED app and firmware, feature quick connects, and function exactly as you would expect. The build quality is solid, with the small metal buttons adding a bit of extra flair. Two extra IO are broken out for buttons or external mics, though there is not an extra GND output to go with them. The enclosure is held shut by 3 clips, one in the center and one at each end of the connector strip. Inside there are small pads for programming pins present, but you'll likely need a pin jig to use them. Overall, a great little unit for DIY addressible LED control at a fair price.

If you are looking at this product, you probably already know just how totally awesome the open-source WLED software is. So I won't go into that. I make kinetic art using pixel strips and other types of pixels and control them with WLED. I have used every brand and model of pre-built controller as well as many DIY ones. This model is now my go-to for most new projects. It's very small and lightweight compared to most other controllers. The lever connectors are very convenient. The price is about the same. It will control up to 4 strands with 1000's of pixels per strand, or 2 strands + relays, buttons, and other sensors (including infrared). I've used well over a dozen of these on various art installations without a single issue.

The greatest WLED controller I have used, I needed small but good working and this is all that and more, works as you would hope it would, just perfect for my needs

Setup was simple because WLED is already installed and the wire connections are simple clips. It has been reliable as well. My only complaint is there are only 2 outputs for lights despite there being 4 GPIO ports. No documentaion. So, I don't know what the other 2 ports are for. I had 4 strings of LEDs. So I had to get 2 units and sync them.

Great and compact WLED Controller. Run 5 amps continuous through it powering lights without issue. Wifi range is good. If only they made a waterproof product.

These are a nice easy way to add led lighting when you dont want the hassle of programming an esp32 and coming up with an enclosure. It has been working flawlessly for me.

This was my first WLED controller and it was very easy to use. It came with WLED installed. Just plug the wires in and off you go.
