Brought flex model. Very comfortable, sturdy, easy installation, height adjustable, seat can be adjusted front and back, very good lumbar and neck support. I strongly recommend the chair.

Dimensions different than shown on company's website
Incorrect Seat Height. On their website, the company has mentioned that the seat height for this chair is from 42-52cm. However, on assembling; i can see that the maximum height of the chair is only 49-49.5 cms at best. This won't be adequate for the majority of the folks. Extremely unhappy with the purchase. Either the company is lying on their website or they are providing inferior quality/defective items to its customers. Didn’t expect this after paying 24000 rs.

Not worth it
Chair became shaky within 10 days of use. The seat is too hard to sit. Wheels and handrest are really good. But, the headrest is practically worse than the cheapest chairs in the market. Its uncomfortable and once put in place, it’s impossible to remove.Overall the chair is not worth more than 15k at the best.
