Stories of Thor (Young Reading Series Two)

My kids and I are big fans of the Young Reading Series books. We have recently read the Great Fire of London in addition to the Stories of Thor. Both excellent. They are suitably illustrated with captivating pictures and are written in such a way that the older children can read the book themselves but also it is exciting and understandable for my youngest. They also take themes that are not suitable to show the children online or on television, that they may be interested in, in our case such as War of The Worlds and Titanic and allow them access to the excitement of the story at an age appropriate level. Very well done to the publisher, authors and all involved in these books. They are fantastic for children.

Good little book good value and quality

Brought for stocking filler , 6yr old grandson loves Viking stories and is reading it by himself and tells me he is enjoying it.

Great stories to teach children about their own ancestral tales, in world filled with cruel people it's great for kids to learn of brave heroes.

My 4 year old loves these stories (and so do i) Love the first few pages that help you to pronounce the names and words, very useful

Brilliant series of books. Purchased this book for my grandson who is 8. Perfect for a bedtime story and as an easy reader.
