Excellent product, tastes great, keeps you well hydrated! My daughter and I got Covid in March. Nothing sounded good to eat or drink. These packets saved us from dehydration and having to make a trip to the ER! I now buy them regularly and keep them in my pantry!

I really, really wanted to be able to give this a good review. I was looking forward to having a bulk electrolyte supply to keep up with my family of 5.This just isn't it.The strawberry tastes like childs strawberry flavored lipstick - you know the lipstick in child's make up kits? That.The raspberry has essentially no taste.The grape has okay flavor, but the salt taste is incredibly overwhelming.I haven't tried the lemon yet, but I'm not holding my breath.The sticks themselves have crunchy parts that are stuck together, rather than just being straight powder.Maybe I got a bad bag, but it's not worth it for me to try again.

They're alright. I'm not very used to the whole sodium taste in my drinks but this stuff definitely helps with thirst.

I would highly discourage from buying this. Have been using Ozenke brand which are great, but these were half the price so decided to try. The bag arrived covered in some sort of sticky substance that smells like carpet cleaner and does not want to come off the hands. This could just be something that happened in the warehouse this one time, so about the product...like others have said they do not dissolve very well. Really have to stir and stir and stir, then stir again half way. The taste...I tried one packet that berry or something, and it tastes like watered down Kook-Aid. Also, it clearly has dye in it as the liquid was bright red. Oh, with floaty things on the top. I'll go back to Ozenke brand which are natural and delicious. I guess you get what you pay for.

I have these a 4 due to the value for the lo ey you spend. They give you 32 pouches for $10, what a deal!! Some of the flavors aren’t the best but overall very happy.

Taste very good. Dissolves well!
