I purchased an expensive pair of handmade leather sandals. The sandals were too wide for my feet but they were non-exchangeable. So I searched Amazon for arch support that would lift my foot so that the sandal would fit my narrow feet. That’s when I found ZAIWOO arch supports. They are probably made for enclosed shoes, but they did the job in my sandals. They’re comfortable and I am able to wear the sandals and I am so very happy. The arch supports have adhesive that keeps them on the foot bed of the shoe. They don’t move: they stay right where you place them which is key for an arch support. I've been using these for several months now, they are the best quality and comfort compared to the many other brands I've tried over the years. Just the right amount of lift, outstanding adhesive strength, and maintains its form. I will be buying another set for myself and my mother. I have flat, wide, and pronated feet and my arches hurt especially when wearing ballet flats. These insoles are comfortable to wear all day, and my arches don't ache anymore when I use them. Since they are adhesive, I will be purchasing a pair for each of my many shoes.

The high gel cushioning seems like it would be great for my very high arch. I purchases to put inside a high heeled shoe (with no arch support), but the width of these inserts was much too wide. There was almost a half inch overhang on either side of the shoe. It’s closed toe and closed heel, but still didn’t work. Cutting the insert would just leave a really unsightly edge.These could work well for a completely closed shoe but only if you have room on the side for a bit of overhang.

Took a tiny bit of adjusting to get them in the right place for someone with high arches but no other issues they are a huge price saver over buying new insoles for each pair of flats and cutting to size. I ended up putting them under the inserts that came with the shoes and they feel more natural.

I have high arches and too much pressure is placed on the ball of my feet when I walk. These reusable pads can be placed anywhere in the shoe, so they can give arch support, or in my case, I bump them up to touch the bottom of the ball of the foot, which allows the pad to take some of the weight when I step. Sometimes I use two at a time, with one also placed in the arch.They work beautifully, and have given me a lot of relief. I had to move them around with different placements to find the best spot, so don't give up quickly, just play around with them till you find the sweet spot.I love that they are black, so they blend in with the color of the shoe soles, which is especially important when I'm wearing sandals. And unlike clear gel pads that quickly become discolored, these continue to look great.They have excellent adhesion, and grip firmly, but when they need cleaning, they can be hand washed and rinsed to renew the stickiness. I will always own these, so if this set wears out, I'll be buying more.

These arch supports have worked well for my problematic feet. They are soft and squishy enough to help without forcing my arches unnaturally and easy to put in place in any shoes where I need them. I first tried the low-clear ones, but the silicone surface was sticky to me. Then I ordered the high-beige; the surface (like cloth) was more comfortable, but they were too high for my feet. Third time worked—the low-beige ones, adding a small amount of support I can tolerate.

I've been using this product for about two months in shoes I wear only once or twice a week (so 5-10 uses so far). I like the width of the inserts a lot; Some other brands I've purchased were too narrow. I personally would have liked it to be a little thicker/taller in the middle as I have pretty high arches. I wear Men's size 10.5 for reference. The adhesive is pretty decent, but definitely lifts up as I put my foot in and out of the boots I am using this product with. One of them has fully come off and has lost its adhesive / gotten dust on it, I might try washing it, but usually that kills the adhesive even more. I'm going to try with it just free floating and see how that works or if its too annoying. Otherwise I'll glue it down with my own adhesive, like Shoe Glue. The adhesive is probably my only real "complaint", but I haven't really found better. I've found way worse in other products, though, so this one is a step above most others. Very good quality for the price. Having multiple in a pack is nice.
