I use honey in small amounts because I try to avoid too much sweeteners but I have it in moderation because I do like the medicinal value of raw honey. I thought Manuka was the pinnacle of honeys but now I came across this honey with bee bread - which is fermented bee pollen, boasting more bioavailable nutrients. I am seriously impressed, the texture is rich and thick and it is very indulgent - a little bit goes a long way. I would think to use this when I want a quick energy source in the morning or a pick me up in the middle of the day because it is such a whole food on its own. I have also mixed it with butter and spread it on gluten free toast and I recently made a natural halvah with it. I am thinking of other recipes to incorporate it in too while keeping it raw. This is a very expensive product so I would only purchase it very occasionally however it does last me longer as I don't need a lot.

It indeed did help with my body issues not 100% but just enough that you don’t feel it or can ignore it, then again my health problems are a little worse than others, almost instantly you feel more awakened and more alert, perfect pick me up in the morning and helps relax at night as well, quality is incredible it’s so strong and the smell is very much honey scent 😂, big size jar as well more than a months worth because I still have more than half after a month, very strong taste just start lightly and work your way, also the texture is perfect I love the slightly chewy wax bits scattered around I love it
