Cloudz Washable Travel Neck Pillow Cover - Black

I recently used this to pack pajamas on a flight, to supplement the clothing in my backpack.It worked beautifully. To pack the pajamas plus 2-3 T-shirts, I unzipped the cover, then laid out the items in a space about 4-5 feet long, so they overlapped in the middle. None of the items had buttons or zippers. I them rolled them up fairly tightly, folded over the ends, and pushed each end into an end of the pillow.I don't normally take a pillow, but it worked fine to wear it around my neck. It was a cheap flight and the tray table was very small, so sometimes I cushioned it with the pillow, and at other times I kept the pillow on my lap so my phone was a bit closer.I improved my packing skills for the flight back, and stuffed the pillow ends pretty tightly, but not the middle, so it was actually comfortable to wear without pushing my head forward.I read reviews on many, many items made specifically for packing, but many of them didn't really look like pillows, just tubes. I'm so glad I bought this. It was super soft, the zipper is a nice quality that doesn't show, and the little pocket is a nice touch. The zipper is also placed in a way that works much better than the tube-type pillow covers, although you do have to pack one end of your clothing roll at a time.I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to pack a little bit of extra clothing, and would buy it again myself. I may even buy a couple for gifts.

Seems to be a lot of viewer upset on this one .... PACKAGE says, "WASHABLE" ..... The tag sewn directly onto the pillow cover says, "MACHINE WASH, AIR DRY" .... So 'Yes', you can throw this case into your electric washer, with similar color clothing, cold water, NO bleach, nothing harsh, just laundry detergent .... When the washer stops, hang the pillow case to dry, naturally .... DO NOT PUT IT IN THE DRYER .... Doesn't get much easier folks ...Has a long zipper, to allow the pillow easy room to slide in, roomy on mine, which is the adult-sized BOOKISH BUNNY brand, with beads, sold at Walmart (my pillow size 12 x 12 x 4) .... (currently, that company does NOT offer any additional cases) ..... A missed market .... I noticed that Amazon only has the KID sized BOOKISH BUNNY bead neck pillow at the time of this writing .... This cover is 12 x 14 x 4.5 .... Fits wonderfully.On the end where the curved loose ends are, a SNAP is included .... I guess you can snap it around your neck if cold, but I would choose to SNAP it around a luggage handle, to travel easily, hands free .... Does have a pocket for an mp3 player/cellphone ..... I like the COLOR choices available, so you can have more than one clean, while another is in the laundry hamper, or traveling for a week, or more and need access to a fresh one .... Camo cover is soft, like a smooth suede-velour, texture .... NOT hot.... I also purchased a pink one, with same features .... Happy I decided to ignore the issues about 'machine washing not allowed & spot-clean' .... Certainly will toss mine in the washer as needed, as per LABEL on the cover itself, and package, both indicated is fine ... Just NO dryer..

It’s advertised as washable and some reviewers said the product’s washing instructions say spot clean only. I didn’t read the instructions and have washed it in the washing machine on normal cycle with warm water many times. It washes beautifully. Definitely washable. I line dry it.The problem is, it only fits smaller neck pillows. I bought it for my regular Cloudz neck pillow with micro beads. I could hardly get the neck pillow in the case. Once in, it was very hard because nothing inside could move at all. I have a smaller neck pillow that fits inside fine, but the smaller pillow doesn’t have as much support. The manufacturer needs to make a larger one for their larger micro bead pillows and state this case doesn’t fit their larger pillows.

I bought it for my neck pillow because the regular cover it came with was not functioning very well. This cover works well because it doesn't stain and the material is more durable. And being able to wash it in the regular basis is pretty convenient.

Airline Hack: Stuff this with soft items like undies, tees, etc and wear onto the plane. You extend your packing capacity and it’s very comfortable to rest on. Don’t stress the zipper, it’s fine but not heavy duty. It SNAPS under your neck, or around the extended handle of your spinner bag so you won’t set it down and lose it. There’s also a small slip pocket BUT it doesn’t close so I added Velcro to mine and now I keep my earbuds in there, snug ‘n secure. You won’t regret this purchase.

To anyone one that says it is not....It is washable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I put mine in a sweater laundry bag, and even accidentally put the bag it in dryer... medium heat. It came out just fine!So soft, and a beautiful color! Yes it fits just fine, loose even over my tempurpedic memory foam pillow!!!To wash it, cool luke warm water, and I put it in a laundry sweater bag! Works just fine. Buy those laundry backs. .I am bought a second case, I love it so much. I use these nightly.

We’ll see about the comfort of the fabric, it’s a thin ‘mouse fur’. I do like the potential of a DIY neck pillow that folds to nothing when not needed.
