Overall, amazing results with these smoothies. These yielded a 2-3 oz increase per pump, on average for me :) They weren't as bad as some lactation "treats" can be, which is a plus. (Looking at you, hard rock cookies. You might as well eat sand for how dry those things are!)I think the biggest downside is the cost & accessibility of these guys. I would buy more, given that they were sold in stores.But being that they take 2 days at the very least to get here...that, well, is a bit of a bummer. Especially if you're in a funk with your supply, (ie: I go through a dip whenever I get my period. I am irregular. By the time these get here, my period is almost over. Essentially defeating the purpose.) it is nice to be able to go to the store & pick up your quick fix-it and not have to worry. Especially in a world that demands immediacy from already busy moms.

I had the opportunity to try these previously and I loved them so much that I came back for more. I can attest that they don't prohibit more milk, but I take a group of galactogogues to help increase my supply now that I am back to work. They taste great, but make sure you have them in the fridge for when you need them. They don't taste as good room temp.Overall, the price is a little high for what you get, but it is an easy, convenient way to add some extra oompf to your supply.

These did not work for me I drank once a day for 4 days and saw no increase . Drink cold taste is okay not to bad they should have more flavors. Overall this product gets one star didn’t work

They increase milk production to make nursing a more satisfying experience for baby and mama! :-)Plus it makes me happy to know that they are made from quality, healthy ingredients.

These taste great,Not sure I noticed an increase in supply but the flavor is absolutely delicious! They are very convenient and have healthy ingredients! I plan to purchase more in a larger quantity to activate test the supple increase quality!

I absolutely loved these smoothies! Perfect breakfast and all most doubled the amount of milk that I was pumping in 3 days. Would absolutely recommend.

It's a little too sweet, but it definitely helps with milk production.

This product wasn't my favorite, but it wasn't gross. Also it really worked for milk production. Definitely drink it cold though.
