This book is very thorough and very wordy. There are lots of clear examples for each subject section, so it is not completely devoid of graphical information. It is going to be intensive reading, but then it is for the GED so that’s expected. I’d still recommend supplementing with videos where possible and the like, if you aren’t already taking a class.

This book may appear large and a bit scary to tackle at first. But, if you look closely, there are gray shadowed areas on the edges of the pages. Those identify the sections. They include areas of study such as: mathematical reasoning, social studies, science, and more.A bonus included is a practice test and answers and explanations. It’s better than just having answers! It explains why that answer is correct, which is great for learning!But wait, there’s even more great content! Inside of the content areas, there are sections that reference a review video. It gives the link and an access code. These videos are precise, including deep explanation and practice questions! It allows you to take what you’ve learned and immediately apply it! These videos are so helpful for the areas you may be struggling in! That visual boost plus questions really solidifies the content!If you are studying for the GED, this is a great resource! It goes beyond pages to include videos and practice tests. You will be thoroughly set to excel and hopefully pass your GED test!

This is a great GED study guide and also a great refresher for all subject matters. The information in this book is presented in a clear and appealing manner and I found this to book to be a little easier to read than others and it makes me want to go back and read more. It does have access to online support but you have to create an account which I haven't done. I really like this study guide and would recommend!

Not the most exciting study guide. But most study guides aren't. This GED Prep book seems to annotate sum and explain some academic concepts. It gives examples and some diagrams too. Like that it breaks up the monotony of memorizing main words with online courses. The link is there to go online for a more interactive learning. However, signing up is required for many of its online videos. Like that this book allows a person to go through this guide @ their own pace.Recommended.
