can i get a new filter less than a week light it started to flash ,, can i get a replacement..

The light is only a timer. Not a water quality sensor. If it's flashing after a week that just means the light needs to be reset. Then it will flash in 2 months. You don't need a new filter for 2 months, just reset the light

I just purchased this pitcher and the light consistently flashes blue? I held for 3 seconds hoping to reset and it didn't help.

I think it’s supposed to flash each time you refill the resivor if pressed normally.

Is alumina in the filter?
