This is awesome, every bit as good as the more expensive brand! Our friend paid $400 for the one they have, our water is as good if not better than theirs produces! We have well water high in iron etc. this is the best filter system. Our water is fresh and crisp, clean tasting! 3 gallons is perfect for our family and cooking. There is no leaking, no odor, and great quality parts!!!

Bought this to replace the Zero Water filtering pitcher. This thing is not cheap, but it's worth every penny. First, it's made of fine quality stainless steel, unlike the Zero Water pitcher, which is made of plastic. We have read that plastic containers leak microplastics, which is bad for your health over time. Second, it's big! It's several times the size of the pitcher, which means no more constant refilling. (We measured the whole thing, and the stacked containers are 21" tall, with the tripod, it's about 26".) Third, this system offers superior filtering, and the water comes out tasting really good. This filtration system is far superior to all the previous filtration systems we've used (Zero Water, PUR, etc.).

Recieved the water filtering system but the handle wasn't working just leaking. Sent email for replacement part and was told they would send it out, weeks later sent 2nd email that I was still waiting with no response. What a disappointment especially since it was paid for.

Edit*** the seller is sending me stainless steel nut and faucet. Says they’ve made the change recently to these being stainless steel. Changed my rating up to a 4 star for the customer service being good and for receiving a replacement. :)Was loving this product but as my photo shows, not all parts are stainless steel and will rust thus defeating the point of filtering the water. Would love if the seller could replace the nut with a food-grade or stainless steel option otherwise I will find an option so I can keep using the product. At this point l, I don’t recommend unless you’re willing to swap some parts and make sure all parts are food-grade and/or stainless steel. -***edit, I would message the seller if you’re having this issue.
