Very Bad Construction
I was quite excited about the design of this product & look forward to using it. Unfortunately when it arrived, many days late, on first use alone the handle fell off. This makes it totally unusable now & IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

Damage product - refund or replacement
The media could not be loaded. Product handle was of bad quality , as it was glued so it came of breaking the pot. Looking for a replacement or return of money.
