Best thing I've ever bought!
We've been searching for a trampoline for a while. We were lucky to come across this one. The installation wasn't hard at all, and the quality of the product appear to be very solid. The steel frame and the padding both seems pretty durable. I've never imagined to be occupied by a trampoline this much. My daughters and I have been jumping on this thing all day! Hope I'm burning calories :)

Be prepared to drill your own holes
The directions and the parts did not match up. My husband had to drill holes where they should be according to the directions. Also attatching the safety net the string should have plastic on the ends like shoe strings. Very hard to weave in andbout of the netting with out unraveling the string. Had it not been a Santa gift, I would have sent it back

Only complaint is how low it is to the ground.

Very difficult to assemble
Not happy. The holes that support the vertical poles that hold the safety net were not pre drilled as they were supposed to be from the factory. Went through two drill bits trying to assemble for my daughter’s Christmas present. It was a mess.

Great for kids but doesn’t handle adults well

Terrible!
The trampoline was a Christmas present for my kids. All set up it is crooked and wonky, I won’t even let them jump on it. Set up was horrible. We had to buy extra bolts and several holes didn’t match up. In the process of taking it back down and sending it back. My kids are devastated!

Missing 1 bag of Galvanized spring
This trampoline arrived with broken box and lost 1 bag (around 32 galvanized springs)
