Umarex Walther Maintenance Capsules x5

Every 10 normal cartridges I use one of these to lubricate the inner workings of my Webley Mk6 revolver and it seems to keep the gun well lubricated, in addition, I tend to use Crosman pelgun lubricant on the first CO2 capsule I use in every pistol session: a minute drop onto the end of the capsule to ensure that the seal is lubricated. Overall, I think that these capsules are great. In the winter I usually warm the cartridge first (I keep it in an inside pocket if on the range) bring it up to around body temperature, insert into the gun and fire off the rounds quickly to ensure that the oil doesn’t get too cold and less viscous - otherwise it isn’t all distributed to the working parts. Whether it does have a major effect, I am not sure, but it seems to make sense to me.

This is one of the recommended products for lubricating CO2 powered airguns & it does exactly that, just use it as a normal capsule & carry on shooting while it lubricates at the same time. Up to the individual how often to use but suggested every 500 to 1000 shots. They are not cheap but they are not required all the time, but valuable for keeping the gun working at its optimum performance.

So presumably they'll do the job I haven't used one yet, the instructions are somewhat ambiguous. It seems overkill to use up one whole capsule blank firing but the instructions point to this. Frankly I would have though that a little gun oil now and again would be a better and much cheaper option.

While these capsules are great for keeping your air gun lubrication and functioning well, they are available much cheaper from non-Amazon sellers.

These are advertised as Walther valve maintenance capsules but they are not! I received standard capsules, shipped loose in an envelope through the mail, made by Sig Sauer, with no indication of being maintenance capsules. Complete rip-off. Don't deal with this dishonorable POS.
