Q: What is difference between serrapeptaze 250,000 iu and 250,000 spu

250,000 IU is less than 40,000 spu / su. (they are not comparable, IU is an improper way to measure Serrapeptase. SPU and SU are specifically for this enzyme. IU in this case is only a way to charge much more money for less product. The cost should be $15.

2 years after the manufacturing date on the bottles and good to take for 1 year after that. They are manufactured with a 4-year life.

Q: Where is this manufactured?

I believe it comes from the UK. I bought it on Amazon through a company called Hawthorn Health USA. Only issue is that I live in the USA and it takes about a month to get it. Where the actual manufacturer is, I don't know. But with this info you know where to get it if you want it. Further research on your part can answer your original question. Enjoy your day.
