Got these for my husband, who needed neck surgery, and his hands were not working properly. After the surgery, he doesn't need them, thankfully, but they were helpful at his work for a little while.

Bought these pens from curiousity & Try then out. I don't have serious arthritus yet. Nonetheless, I find they work well for me. My wife does have arthritus. She loves them. Good ink & truly fat & attractive pens. The lanyards surprised us. She really likes the useful lanyards. We recommend these pens. Come with ink refills.

I have stage 3 basal joint arthritis in my dominant thumb (right handed). I found writing to be painful, after consulting a hand orthopedist who sent me to occupational therapy, I was told that it can't be cured and that I would need to accommodate. These pens which come in a pack of five with five refills in either black or blue for a very reasonable price of under $10.00 enable me to write with no pain. My penmanship has returned to its normal style. I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone with hand pain that makes writing painful.
