The chair is very comfy, the size is perfect, assembly of the chair was very easy no tricky bit to it, everything slots together. The stability of the chair is fantastic, I'm on the heavy size and had no problems, you can adjust the height very easily and the chair looks fantastic.

Customer service was great I accidentally put the wrong address and they where able to sort it out straight away and resend it to the correct address and it still arrived within 3 days of the original delivery date the chair itself is great quality and soooo easy to assemble and also very comfortable and great value for money. I’ve given this 4 stars as I don’t know how well it will wear but it seems quite sturdy.I found this fairly easy to put together. I did as usual, laid out all the parts & ticked them off the list in the leaflet. Pictorial instructions, one or two took a minute to decipher but in the main it wasn’t difficult to work out. All the screws were in separate pouches and identified both on the porch and on the plan as ‘a; b; c’. All fitted neatly in the pre drilled holes. In total, took me about 40 minutes to assemble. The hardest part was pushing the castors in. When I came to remove the box I found a card at the bottom that included a link for a video showing how to put it together. Moral of the story, empty the box completely before starting.

My partner bought me this for Christmas as I had a bad back with the chair I was previously using and I can say that this is so much better. It's comfy and I can play my games now in a much better position which is better for my back and neck. It looks very a sleek and modern. The height is adjustable also. I was worried it might not fit under my desk but it did.

Really pleased with this chair, especially for the price. Surprisingly easy to put together - even for someone who’s never built a chair before!Is very comfy and easy to adjust (the chair itself and the supports) once built.The footrest feels a little flimsy although doing ok so far!

This was very easy to put together and I am very happy with it. It is very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The footrest is nice but does cause the chair to tip foward a bit when in use so I am a little scared to use it often!

I purchased this chair last month for my 14 year old son for his birthday. His words were "it's amazing". It was so easy to assemble, and delivery was prompt.It is very durable, sturdy and comfortable. My son even likes that he can use the foot rest. That's an extra bonus. Would highly recommend.
