I bought this hot water kettle to replace my previous one that died. I am very happy with this product. It works well, heats quickly, and looks attractive on my counter. (I purchased the white one, but I think it comes in other colors too.) The reason I picked this kettle (besides its looks) was because it's plastic on the outside, but stainless steel on the inside. The hot water is not exposed to plastic at all on the inside. Yet the plastic outside keeps the kettle from getting too hot to the touch. This is a smaller kettle. It can make mugs of tea for two people at a time, which is all I need.

I don't often leave reviews...only if something is really terrific or totally abhorrent. This electric tea kettle is in the former category–it's terrific, and just the right size. Not too big, and not too small, and boils (and I mean boils, not just heats) quickly and efficiently. Moreover, the water in the kettle stays hot for a while, so after making one cup of coffee of tea, I can make another 8-12 ounce cup within a half hour or 45 minutes without having to turn the kettle back on.Previously, I would heat up water in the microwave or an actual kettle on the stove, but this electric kettle is more convenient, cost effective, and saves the microwave and stove from unnecessary usage (replacing a microwave or stove/burner is more expensive, laborious, and time consuming than replacing a kettle if it goes out from over-use). It heats up fast, too. Just as fast as the microwave or stove, if not faster. I definitely would buy this again, and will if it gives out in a year.

Absolutely perfect! I got this 1L electric kettle to replace my 1.7L electric kettle that was all plastic, including the interior, and a bit too large for my needs. I love that the inside of this kettle is stainless steel (no more boiling water in plastic!) and a clean look (unlike others I saw on Amazon w a long rod inside the pot). It heats up and boils really fast and quiet, has an indicator light when it’s on, power button, auto shutoff, great retractable cord for a clean look on the counter and perfect size. I got it in white, nice/clean look, awesome kettle!

Works well and looks nice on the white countertops. The outside stays cool and water heats up very fast. I like the size. Great for the price. No issues so far.

The kettle is PERFECT! My husband had been trying to talk me into getting one instead of a stove top kettle. I didn't think I wanted anything else on my counter top BUT I am SO very happy that he talked me into this! I have a white kitchen so it sits in the background and is not very noticeable.What is best is that the water is HOT within a few minutes. So much quicker than a stove top kettle.A great value and quiet. Very lightweight even when filled to the max.The hot water kettle works great and I couldn't be more pleased.

I had the larger one for a few years but it malfunctioned with the start button, replaced it with this smaller version. Love the clean white, ease and speed.

Great pot for heating water. I usually stopped before it auto shuts off cuz the water temp is very hot. I just add ice to my tea if I let it heat until it shuts off
