8-7 & 9-7-2024 When it first arrived I was a little disappointed because it felt so bulky especifically the handle. After using it for a week, I find the rectangular handle quite comfortable and it's thick enough that you're not having to hold tight to keep it from pivoting in your hand. If you don't grab it by the handle and grab it from the opposite side, the indentations aren't just cosmetic. If you grab it low your thumb catches the ridge and it won't slip out of your hand. If you grab it high it's the same situation for your forefinger. My gripe is the rectanglur shape of the flip out straw tip. It isn't ergonomic to a mouth by any means. It's quite large and find liquid will squirt from the edges, I don't think anybody's lips will secure around a rectangle without some type of leakage of air or liquid.It's, uncomfortable for me to drink from. I found this tumbler to be perfect for a cold beverage without the lid on or with the sipping lid, while hanging out on the patio, I have so much hand control with the rectangular handle that I never feel like I'm going to bang my teeth or lip and haven't so far. I already have their 40 oz tall skinny version which came with two lids also. It also has the same bulky rectangular flip up straw, which I had forgotten about and don't use it. But but the lids are interchangeable from that version to this version. So if I need to have a lid with just a straw. I can interchange it from my skinny 40 oz version It is definitely not a space saver in your cabinet due to the bulkiness of the handle, but It will keep anything cold or warm for longer than it would take me to drink any contents out of a 20 oz cup. I would order again if they redesign the flip up straw tip. Hopefully my written and photo reviews are helpful, Thank you!

This cup is awesome, it holds ice great. Worth the money

This 12 ounce insulated Tumblr is a basic insulated cup. That’s great for traveling. I brought this with me on my trip to Cancun Mexico because I heard that it was so hot that if you brought out a cup with ice, it would just literally melt. So I got this to chill with ice for my son while we were in the cabana so he can have a cold drink. This is very useful and it definitely holds chilled beverages for at least eight hours. And possibly more. It has two flip lids. One side is a flip for just guzzling and the other is for a straw. I personally I’m not a fan of straws, so I just use the guzzle lid. It is stainless steel and so far we’ve used it for cold beverages, but you could also use it for hot. What I love most about this cup is that it was BPA free. That is so important for my young family to keep these toxins away from them while they’re young. This is a great value and a very sturdy insulated mug with handle.

So, I take a lot of medications at night, and 1 supplement that requires me to take 4 fairly big capsules. If I don’t take them with milk or food, they cause terrible heartburn. Since I don’t want to eat at bedtime, I’ve been drinking milk with meds/supplement. But, the milk always comes to room temperature too fast (I don’t slam the pills, but wait a few minutes in between taking a few at a time). I like my milk COLD. I saw this COKTIK 12 oz tumbler and thought it would be perfect for my bedside pill routine, lol. It keeps the milk cold until I’m finished. I love it. Sometimes I’ll put the milk in the tumbler in the afternoon and put it in the refrigerator and it gets extra cold. I really like the option of the 2 covers too. I use the straw, because that’s how I typically drink, but it’s nice to have the option of the drink top as well. It’s such a pretty pink, and really well insulated. I wash it by hand, but I do put the covers in the dishwasher. I take the straw off, though, before putting that top in the dishwasher. It’s a good, solid, quality tumbler, and I would have no problem paying $16.99 for it. 5/5 Stars.

It’s difficult to take off the cap

With the screw on lid it is made to hold with the right hand. I sit my mugs on table to my left so it is easier to pick up and hold with left hand.
