It's kind of a strange heat belt, but it does put out heat. I don't know why they waste the battery on LEDs, but it also lights up. Tested it a few times so I don't know how long the battery is, but it's nice that you are not tied to a plug.

I found this difficult and uncomfortable to use. It didn't give me any comfort or relief. It may be great for others if they can get a better fit than I did.

This belt can help relieve back pain in 4 different ways. First of all you can get some compression by pumping it up for a nice snug fit to support your lower back. The pad that goes across your back offers heat, vibration and red light therapy. It feels great on my sore back and for a cordless item I think it heats very well. The belt is very adjustable and fits me fine. There is an extension piece that can make it go even bigger, so both my husband and I are able to use it. Thinking ahead to winter I bet this will feel awesome on freezing cold days spent in the barn. I always get cold and that makes my muscles hurt even worse after chores. I'm hopeful that wearing this belt will give me support and keep my muscles warmed up as I'm feeding critters and mucking out stalls. Battery life so far has been good, not sure how the ambient temperature will affect it yet.
