Product was delivered on time. Great quality, sound and overall experience. The only issue I had was that on first time use the Airpods had trouble connecting and switching between my MacBook and iPhone. However a quick reset fixed that and now handoff works. Would 100% recommend.

I did my research, hours of it- to see what are the best headphones for listening to music and also for calls (mainly on the phone). Honestly there are so many headphones there the only way one can decide is by trying out all of them and even then that might not work because one wouldn't know the comfort level after wearing them for longer period of times.I was narrowing down between the Bose QC 45, the Sony WH-1000XM5 (why can't they have shorter simpler naming structure?) and the Airpod Max. In terms of pricing the Max's are the most expensive and by far- almost double- the delta itself is $300- so that didn't help.Reviews on all of them were great. I eventually chose the Max's because I have 2 iPhones and it is easy to switch between both of them when getting calls/listening to music.After having them for a week:PlusOutstanding sound: not sure if it is the spatial bit, but they sound amazing.Great fitLook cool.Great packing caseMinusThe head detection is not great.If you use this with an iPhone and say a PC (not a Mac), then only one can work at one time i.e. if you paired and connected to your PC and a call comes on the phone, you have to go to the Bluetooth settings in the phone and choose Connect again and vice versa- a bit of a pain. I suspect if one has a Mac this problem will not suspect.I liked them enough that I have gifted one to my daughter in LA - from Best Buy- much cheaper there by the way including taxes.April 2023

Ignore the haters and the naysayers, best decision i made all year was purchasing the device as this is a 6 months later review.Seamless pairing and even automatically reconnects to my windows pc let alone the apple ecosystem.Incredible build quality, you forget it's even there and no water buildup behind the cups whatsoever, in case you're concerned.Amazing ANC and the sound is brilliant, it made me forego buying pc speakers.The bag is easily forgotten till you've to need it for charge after 24ish hrs of usage. Just buy travel case for protection if you're on the go.

I’ve been with Apple since mid 2017 and this product takes the win.I did buy it online, a bit skeptical at first.The case is alright. I mean, it does the job.Moving on, the AirPods Max itself. Where do I start? The amount of sound it blocks is incredible! I can assure you that at least 90% of any sound, that’s around you, is blocked without a song playing but it would easily be 97.5% - 99.5% with a song on, especially if your volume is high. → Referring to noise cancellation.Most people do say that it feels heavy but I don’t feel the weight of it personally.Oddly, the battery was at 37% but was never opened. At Apple, you usually get up to 50% but I assume it’s the shipping as that problem does occur, rarely though.There was a problem I faced which was that it stopped charging at 91%, which was unordinary. As per my knowledge, I restarted the AirPods Max and paired them back.For what it’s worth, I compared the quality with my previous headphones, JBL Live 500BT; Let’s say.. the AirPods Max may have won in comparison.Considering buying them? Well, go ahead. It may not be worth the price but it’s definitely worth the sound and quality you get, especially if you use Apple Music ( which I unfortunately do not ).// One more thing; The headphone cups and the case of the white get dirty EASILY! I’d recommend getting another colour other than white.
