Primavera 200 3/4 Size Violin Outfit

This is a lovely violin, the tone is nice and it really does produce a nice sound. The case is smart and practical. It is an ideal violin for beginner and intermmediate players. Would I buy this violin again? Yes and I will for my youngest, BUT I would be wary about who I buy it from. The violin I bought for my son is lovely but the set up is less than ideal. The strings were too close to the fingerboard and the strings were not as evenly spaced on the bridge as they should be which was not at first obvious. My sons violin teacher has assured me this isn't too expensive to fix but it does mean a trip to the local luthier. When I bought the violin from amazon I thought I had got a real bargain, with the additional cost of a luthier I'm starting to wish I had bought local and paid the extra money to make sure it was set up properly. That being said it is still an excellent violin at this price point and very good value.

My teacher helped me to choose this 3/4 violin. Having tried a few others first this Primavera 3/4 size 'did it for me'. Excellent sound quality and ease of use, even for a beginner. Would recommend highly.
