Received Damed Product. No Tip, No safety Caps, Damaged Case.
No quality Check while sending !? Cue came with No Lether Tip at all. Hard case has No Hard Cap, it's loose fake leather which is easily perforated with sharp screw of the cue joint. So it came with Hole in the Case Cap due to No Screw Cap for the Cue Screw (Left Open). I ordered replacement. Hope you take care these things for replacement Item. KEEP Hard Shell in the Outer Case Cap Part. Don't forget the protection Caps for Cue Tip and the Half Joint Screw. ## Cue Tip is Most important !!
