These tasted well but they really didn’t do anything for me. It didn’t really calm me down or help me sleep. I never finished the bottle. Could just be me because I’ve seen good reviews on it.

If I can give it a 0 star I would. Not only is it not as pictured, they smell funny like some type of chemical and are nasty. The picture is misleading. I can barely swallow them. For the days I did manage to swallow them, I felt absolutely nothing. Unfortunately I can't return because I open them, which is not right.UPDATE: Although the product was nasty, it was not to my liking, the company did reach out to me and offered me a full refund with no hesitation. Update: after taking these for about a month, there has been improvement. I was initially taking them two at a time bc thats what service size was. I have found they taste better if you take one at a time. I actually don't mind them now that I'm used to them. They do improve my drive some but I have noticed more changes in my overall mood. I feel more patient when taking this and I don't feel like I get that angry, overstimulated feeling like I often do when I don't take these. I just bought another container and have recommended these to a few friends who have also said they feel better overall using them with their mood.Mine were way darker than the color pictured and taste horrible.
