I gotta say this thing is awesome. I wash my hands allot... I know a bit paranoid maybe. Regardless though this is amazing for how much you get for your money. I probably spend $50 or so a year on soap dispensers, and now I can cut out my main bathroom on that because this thing seems to be never ending. If you have a bunch of kids this would be a really smart buy just to get them in good hand washing habits.

I have 2 units. One of the wires inside had broken off and the unit didn't work. Luckily I have the skills to take it apart and solder the wire back on. The other unit was fine. Just a quality issue.

Bought one cartridge with hand soap in it, dumped it out and drilled a hole in it and filled it up with some Dawn foam dish soap.... Works awesome!!! 1 hit is perfect amount to do some dishes and I got mine for $25 because it was opened. Good deal.... 😁

I know they would not like me posting this after the bottle was emptied I made my own mix of dish soap and water. this works great in the kitchen we waste a lot less soap and its easy to put your sponge under the dispenser for more when your hands are wet or dirty. I figure Ill see dish soap soon avalible soon

Really nice and better than competitors because you can rotate the under-sink portion to fit in tighter areas. Extremely configurable too. Unlike the competitor, doesn't come with batteries.

Unfortunately, I drew the short straw at work and have to keep after these things. This was after the owner found out that the Rubbermaid OneShot non-foaming soap clogs up the drain plumbing and we went to these. First thing first and it's a biggie; the refill bottles are egregiously overpriced. $80-100 & up for 4 refill bottles. There are no aftermarket variants. There are 3 scents and they all smell the same. The battery pack lasts about 6 months in a commercial retail building. It's tucked away under the counter to keep it out of sight and not a well thought out design. The 4 D cell batteries are under a screw-down cover, in a battery case that doesn't hold the batteries in place when the cover comes off. The whole of the unit is made of plastic and flexes easily. When you replace the bottles you can potentially snap the dispenser neck if you apply to much horizontal force. Mounting the dispenser close to an under-mount sink is tricky. The lock nut is very large and doesn't clear the bowl flange. And lastly, these things are racist. I've watched several customers of darker skin get denied soap. Waving frantically in front of the sensor to no avail. Its a kind of sad running joke we have in the office. I'd recommend that if you have another option, you should go that way.

Ok. I like it a lot. It's just soap but I've always disliked push soap containers. They break and they get dirty. This product is excellent quality and looks good.

Purchased this soap dispenser to replace existing as the control box evidently failed. Upon installation I realized that the existing 800ml bottle does not fit in this dispenser. Do I need a 1600ml bottle? The opening of the new model (bj1131) is very big compared to the previous model (bj2970)
