I use these when students who are not in my class come around with birthday snacks. I like to give them a little something for their birthday and this is easy and they all love how fun and unique they are!

The variety is nice. The pencils we got look exactly like the ones in the photos. The smell is light, like I saw other reviews say…so I kept them in the box wrapped up until I was ready to hand them out. You can also rub them in your hands to release the sent. All in all a good product for the price point. There was one phrase that was grammatically incorrect, but it’s minor.

Students love them!

There is a plastic wrapping on the pencils that occasionally jams our older electric sharpener.

I thought these pencils were gonna have separate smells so like the lemon would smell like lemon and the strawberry would smell like strawberry. They do not. They have a slight scent to them, kind of a fruity scent, but I can’t pinpoint exactly what fruit it is. It’s kind of a plastic overlay on the outside of the pencil so when you sharpen it, literally the outside peels off so the kids can quickly peel off the outside of it and then they don’t have the decorative part of it anymore. They’re OK but I wouldn’t buy them again .

I go these for motivation for my 4th graders before their state tests. They are all bunched in the same box- the scents are all mixed together. They don't really smell much although the kids said if you rub them you can smell them more. The designs and sayings are cute and you can't beat the price. I had enough to share with all 5 of my co-teachers!

These pencils are a great gift for children. They have a fruity smell and are very colorful. The kids loved them!
