The product is not good
Do not by this phone, its not charging , its not what looks like on the picture, to return its a nightmare. I'm not happy with this product

Good value Sim Free Smartphone
I bought this as a repkacement for a phone that I sadly lost. It was quite straightforward once I had downloaded a PDF manual, but would have appreciated a basic set up guide to be included. It came with a quality charger which can also charge Apple phones too which might prove useful if vistors come here with an iphone. It is a good quality phone, not one for gamers but good for my needs and the exceptional battery lasts all day even in constant use, the best phone in this regard in all my years of having a mobile. (My very first phone which was on Cellnet was a transportable and the size of two bricks back in 1986-7) The screen is big enough for my needs and an added bonus is unlike most phones the battery can be replaced by the user unlike most phones where the battery is sealed inside.

Purchased this as a spare phone as my original phone needs to be sent of for repair. Easy to set up I love the screen savers Value for the price Phone quality is good slim design to fit in your pocket I would definitely recommend this item for a cheap phone

Product should be recalled or put away from market place.
This phone aren't worthy your attention, I bought this phone 2 months ago and stops working just like that when the first battery charge finished and no charging anymore. I bought this item to sand to my familly away to Africa and it took me 5 weeks from the day i purchassed it to be sand to whom the pgone was bought for and 2 weeks later i had a report from them that the device stoped working. this is how bad this product is, will no recommend to anyone.

Keeps crashing
It keeps crashing and throwing me out of everything. Was meant for my autistic son but it’s caused him more upset because it won’t load anything or even connect to the internet. Will be returning as it’s literally useless
