Great!
I ordered a hydration backpack without the bladder, as a lot of the reviews were saying it leaked and wasn't very good quality. I decided to get this bladder separately and I'm glad I did! It's easy to fill and fits in the backpack comfortably without adding too much extra weight. The mouthpiece is easy to use and the dustcap is great for covering it when I'm not drinking. The only issues I would say is it's quite difficult to wash. There might be a knack to it that I haven't figured out yet, but the best way I've found so far is filling it with water and washing up liquid, closing the seal and giving it a good shake before dumping the water back out into the sink. I have to do this a couple more times with just water to make sure all of the washing up liquid is out, and even then I have to go in with a tea towel to make sure all of the water is out afterwards. As well as this, it still has a plasticy taste. I've only used it a couple of times, but even after thorough washing, it's still there. I guess this will go away with time, but due to this, I'd suggest using it a handful of times before a big race!

Perfect for outdoor adventures
Outdoor activities are more enjoyable when hydration is this easy. The large opening makes it straightforward to fill and clean, even allowing ice cubes to be added without hassle. The hose length is practical for quick sips during hikes or bike rides, and the material feels sturdy yet flexible enough to fit comfortably inside a backpack. No issues with leaks, even when jostling the bag around. The mouthpiece is soft and seals well, ensuring water is there when needed without dripping. It’s a reliable companion for longer outings.

Great way to stay hydrated
I was a little weary that this hydration bladder, which is my very first one, will be a bit rubbery and smell like so. I was pleasantly surprised that this wasn't the case. This is a very well made (no leaks) bladder and all the components are good quality. Easy to fill and to use. We have plenty of water whilst on a hike and I love the fact that I do not have to open my backpack to rehydrate.Fantastic product.

Very robust water bladder
I'm a keen cyclist and on a days ride I can get through quite a lot of water. The 'JOYHILL TPU Hydration Bladder, 3L Water Bladder for Hiking Backpack BPA' certainly holds a lot of water.Initially there is a slight 'new container' taste that comes through with the water. But I just filled with some warm soapy water and left for a couple of hours and now the taste has gone.Using the bite tube is easy enough, my only complaint would be that after sucking the water tube drains down to the bladder water level meaning you have to suck through air through each time you drink - but to be honest this is a minor complaint.I have the 3l size and I would imagine that this is only useful for cycling or hiking that I use it for. 3 litres is quite a lot for a runner to carry - but maybe some of the long distance guys would know more on that score.I have had no leaks at all so far. The tubing is sectional with a no leak valve if you remove the suck tube.My only concern would be if you packed the bladder empty with the cap screwed closed as the internal edges of the cap are 'keen' and I would worry about whether they could pierce the bladder over time (it arrives with some foam packing to stop this happening which needs removing before first use). However it is not best practise to store the bladder sealed when not completely dry in any case so this should not be an issue.I think £16.99 is a great price for a 3l bladder, it is certainly serving me very well.

Perfect Hydration Solution for Hiking and running
It changed the way I hiked when I used this water bag. I loved that I could add ice cubes to keep my water cool, and the big 9cm hole made it very easy to fill. It's safe to use all day because the food-grade TPU material doesn't smell or contain BPA. It worked perfectly, even when it was handled roughly, because the new leakproof design with a soft mouthpiece and on-off button did its job perfectly. The long hose and 2L volume made it easy to stay hydrated, and I didn't even have to take my backpack off to drink from it. It lasts a long time, is simple to clean, and worked great on long walks. Overall, a must-have for doing things outside!

Good enough.
I do like this little pack, but I am a bigger guy (6'3" 205 lbs.) and the chest strap barely reaches around my chest. The bottom tummy strap just seems superfluous for suck a small pack; and, again, being that tall kind puts them at the top of my tummy. I cut them off..Two things kind of gnaw at me. First, the bladder design makes it nearly impossible to fill completely, so instead of packing out two liters, it was about 300 ml of air in the bag. So. I wish I had bought the three liter bag.The other thing is the water tube. Long, clunky, and complicated. Not the simple bite-and-suck like you get with a CamelPak. You have to open the valve, take off the dust cover. suck, swallow, and then shut the valve so it doesn't drip all over you. If you can do all that on-the-fly, then you are a smarter monkey than me. Basically, I need to stop to drink. But given the price, I am satisfied ..... yet also jubilant that I found an unused three-liter bladder made by MSR that I had forgotten I bought last year; solving all my gripes.

Good replacement water bladder that has a nice large lid for adding ice, or cleaning it.
This is a well made TPU bladder bag for using in backpacks and the like. It is available in several different size water capacities depending on your needs, and comes with tubing and bite valve. The large lid makes it easy to clean out properly, and also makes it easy to add some ice, which in the summer in the desert here is essential unless you actually like 100 plus degree drinking water. This works well, and is nice and flexible for putting in and out of a pack, has a good draw when drinking from it, and appears to be something that will last a long time with normal use. This is a good product, and I believe it to be a good value for the price.
