RÖSLE Tong Tin Opener, Can Opener with Pliers Grip Made of Pure Stainless Steel, without Sharp Edges, Resealable Lid, 18/10 Stainless Steel

As far as tin openers go (and I must confess that this not a field of specialisation) this really is a top quality product which since purchase has been quite superb. I particularly like the fact that there are no sharp edges on either the lids removed, nor the edge of the tin. BTW unlike the three previous openers I've owned over the years, the Rosle opens the tins with ease.Regarding the seller, I must say that shipping, packaging and communication were excellent.All in all, a great product and great service.

The best Can Opener I’ve used in terms of quality and opening of cans. It’s a lot different to other openers as to how it works as the Can Opener sits on top of the can rather than the side. Love how the lids come off without any jagged edge. The can edge to is very smooth. You can fit the lid back on and achieve a good seal.

Lovely quality gadget, works brilliantly with no effort and I like the pincers to remove the lid. I think maybe some have tried to use this as a normal tin opener as it looks like one - but this is to be used flat, not on the side.

Well ,all I can say has already been said ,brilliant for the first six months but has steadily declined in it`s ability to cut cleanly , , eventually only resulting in an extremely dangerous situation where you end up trying to pull the lid off the can with the likelihood of severe injury or cuts to your hands . I cannot remember ever giving such a negative review before but this can opener deserves this " accolade "Do not waste your money or risk your hands !

Does a good job of getting the lid off, but it doesn't function to the normal Rosle standard: it feels like it's not cutting and you have to go round more than a full circle, then have to go backwards a bit to get the lid clear. It turns the cut-off lid into a pseudo-lid thing you can fit back on to keep food fresh in the tin in the fridge, but that's not as useful as the thing it doesn't do, which is enable you to go most of the way round then press the lid down on the tuna you need to drain. I like it, as I do with all Rosle equipment, but unlike everything else I've got from Rosle I wouldn't buy this one again.

Best opener ever

i bought this because it said it was made in germany and they always make really good quality goods i wasnt disappointed its got a really nice quality weight to it and it feels very sturdy i was surprised when i first used it it really does remove the lid from the can without leaving any sharp edges at all and its got a built in pliers so you can grab the can lid and pull it off i also see from another reviewer who said it has made in china writen on it well i cant see that

What can I say? You get what you pay for. Rösle always provide top quality and innovation with their products. Absolutely swear by them
