GameCube 5.6" TFT Monitor

this screen not only gives you portible playablility for your nintendo gamecube. but it enhances the graphic of the games your playing when it is set to 60hz. i haven't seen any t.vs, monitors, or any other type of screen which has a better sharpnees of display. the difference is deffinately noticeable. if you have a gameboy player u can really tell what a difference it makes. i recommend this screen to anyone who owns a nintendo gamecube. it can also be used on the n64 and snes.

This little baby is the best one in a big way - it's got the biggest screen, it's got FANTASTIC sound, and it looks really great on your laptop. The PS2 equivalent is sadly appalling but this one for the Gamecube is perfect. You can plug it into your car (there's no hastle and I do it frequently) and use it with your mates. Although multi-player gets a little small on split-screens two player is do-able and fighting games are fine (Capcom vs. SNK 2 looks great on it). It hasn't got your typical only look from one angle problem and is everything you could want from a portable screen.

I bought this after doing lots of research into the Gamecube screen area, and after reading lots of horror stories of distorted sound, faded colours, and poor viewing angles, I found this one. It locks into place very well, using the fan grill on the side of your 'Cube, folds neatly on top of your console, and uses the same power socket as your cube, with power provided by the free in-car adaptor, or your Gamecube supply. Now onto how it plays: It is fantastic! While menu screens are sometimes hard to read, playing with it is perfect! The sound is so much better than I was expecting it to be (although it does sometimes distort at low frequencies) and once you are playing, you hardly notice the size of the screen. And while 5.6'' seems small, it is more than adaquate for 1 or 2 player split screen gaming, although I wouldn't try a 4-way split. Brightness, Volume, and 50/60hz controls are all there, and there are 4 headphone sockets to plug into.The only downside is that because of the collar, the receiver for my beloved Wavebird wont fit with it properly locked, but you can put it in if you simply rest the screen on top.This really is the only screen to bother with, and it is more than worthy of 5 stars, despite the Wavebird problem.

This is the ONLY screen to buy for your Gamecube. It has an absolutely crystal clear picture and loud surround sound. The picture is amazingly clear, in fact the games look better on this than on my television set at home! It is very easy to set up, whether indoors or in your vehicle. The screen can be left on the console when you are playing on your home television. Highly recommended.
