I needed a trimmer for my goatee. I have very coarse hair but this trimmer worked perfectly. The dial height adjustment is very smooth. Simple product. Great results. Don't hesitate on this one guys.

I had to log on after my first use to say what an amazing product this is! Why? When I decided it was time to upgrade to a new trimmer (only had four attachments for current trimmer) I decided to buy this one and what a great choice. You have one attachment with a dial that is equal to 10 attachments. This unit has rechargeable battery one attachment 1mm-10mm . Its compact without all the fuss of trying to find and attach different guards, I was able to trim my eyebrows, sideburns and trim around my ears and side of head with one attachment. Only selected different settings on the dial. How convenient! :)

Good shaver for the price, only complaint is that it takes like 8 hours for a full charge and battery lasts 45 minutes, which is several times using it.

Cheaply made works well for a very short while. The battery life is very minimal. If you are looking for a temporary razor, and to throw your $ away, go ahead. It comes with a two year warranty, and the product is engineered to last just long enough to meet the warranty standard. It worked well a few times, and then after that the razor steadily declined in performance. I’m disappointed in Braun.

this is a great hair cutter. it was on lightening sale and I bought 3 of them at the same time. it works very well and so far i had no problem with it.very well made with quality materials and i am a happy customer

You get what you pay for. The trimming power is pretty limited - you have to move the trimmer in every direction on every part of your beard to get a uniform trim. I thought that something like this would be an upgrade over the larger, heavy duty, more traditional hair trimmers that I used...but that's not the case. This is nice to throw in your travel bag for an extended trip where you need to clean up a bit, but for frequent beard trimming, this is not worth the effort. Does it work? Technically. Am I looking for something that works better? Absolutely.

This trimmer was decent but only for the short while I had it. I was dismayed to find, about 2 weeks ago, that it just simply stopped working and would not turn on again. I am also out of the customer service time period so I have no option of trying to get it replaced or compensated in any way, which is a bummer.When it worked it worked okay. It kept my facial hair trimmed well but it took a while because I usually had to go over the same spot multiple times. I liked it compared to disposable razors because I have sensitive skin when it comes to shaving. I probably would recommend against buying it because, for me, it wasn't worth it. Hopefully, they can fix these bugs in the future.

I have a very soft beard/goatee and I keep it very short. I used a solo Micro Touch previously. It had a 1 mm, 2 mm and 3 mm comb. The 1 mm comb broke shortly after purchasing the unit and I was unable to get a replacement. So I use the 2 mm until it also broke. So I purchased this Braun because of the height adjustable comb. I trimmed my beard after opening the package and found it fully charged. The dial in height adjustment works very well and will get as close as you want. The trimmer is quiet and very smooth. I can trim my beard in less than 5 minutes and I have not yet needed to charge it so I cannot attest to the trimmers battery life. I can't say how well this works for men with really heavy beards but for me it's absolutely great!
