Full waste bad quality hp customer service center also not responding no return service bad product damaged also not in on condition charging also not taken. Without return policy check don't buy & also don't buy any product from Amazon it's waste app & service for urban areas or village area person don't buy any product on Amazon

The best thing is that it has a enhanced sound quality and a pocket friendly design, also you can use it for 15 hours according to me if doesn't charge the case too.But here's an issue you might face .. the black one's right earbud might not work. If you face this issue then you can freely talk to customer care executive and they'll help you accordingly in returning it.

This is really a worst product .within a day of delivery Problem with left plugIt's not charging and workingAnd the battery is getting drained very soon.when we tried for a replacement..no amazon will not do it! You have to go to service center ! Beware of purchasing this third class product i have purchased it showinh the name of hp but alas looks like its a duplicate one sold by seller ! Amazon do not entertain this kind of things ! Worst

I am writing this review after using for 6 days, it is working fine as per my expectations. I also have one noise earbuds which I purchased at 999 but after getting this HP earbuds, I can say it that this HP earbuds is far similar with that noise earbuds and with this less price, it has become a good and perfect earbuds.The design is also quite good, it's very sleek and compact, you can easily carry it comfortably. Connectivity is good, charging is also good and I specially impressed by its sound quality which comes generally within the high range of products but it's good far away.You can go with this if your budget is tight.👏👏👏

Product is not working..even in full charge

It’s not working even though it’s fully charged. The charging doesn’t seem to uave a problem but the earbuds doesn’t have white lights and doesn’t work (both of them) . It has an year warranty and i have just bought it in march. I don’t know what to do with it. Don’t recommend it.

My experience with this product has been troublefree over the months since purchase. I am delightedly content with the gratifying sound quality, quick charging time and battery life of the hp earbuds.

These earbuds are not good uncomfortable not get fit in ear perfectly and pain in air by wearing them for long time then usual I will give them 1 star only but they are just in budget that's a good point in them not recommended to buy
