Contents and my order of preferences -- do you agree?
Would make an excellent gift -- nice packaging and there is a cool illustrated map in muted colours included printed on thin paper with some information scribbled on, which I will probably pin up somewhere.I've just been nibbling away trying to decide my order of preference (had to be done -- and it's a bit of fun!)From the bottom up: `the yellow one' -- indonesian. This is really the only one I'd describe as bitter, I suppose, despite the slightly lower cocoa solids content, and I don't like bitter tasting chocolate. To be more precise, it is more smokey and dry taste followed by a slight hint of fruit that then leaves a dry and bitterness -- I also don't like `dry' tasting things. The packet says `soft caramel notes', but for me the dry and bitter counteracts the analogy to something that is so sickly sweet. Although, I suppose I can see it.`the pink one'- madagascan. I thought this would be my favourite with the description of `summer fruits', loving fresh fruity things, but whilst you can definitely taste summer fruits, I remembered that fresh fruity things and chocolate is something I'm not a fan of (the lightness of the former emphasises the heaviness of the latter which is an aspect i'm not particularly keen on in chocolate), which is probably why for me this is at the lower end of the spectrum. If you like fruit and chocolate it might feature more highly in the ranking.Joint `the blue one' (venezualan rio) and `the orange one' (venezualan trincheras) -- only just realised there were both from the same country, ha! These are fairly standard, respectable chocolate flavours with the nutty aspect. The blue one also has a coffee tasting hit (because of it, it could have a slight aspect of bitterness to it, compared to the orange one, but because its a strong coffee-ness my brain does not really perceive it as bitter). Upon first tasting, I preferred the blue, because the coffeeness hit you as it went down (it perhaps is more likely to give one a headache if you are so inclined because of the coffee-ness) and thus made it a bit more distinctive flavour as a chocolate. It got a bit more confused upon second tasting (possibly because i'd eaten more chocolate by this point!).And my favourite, `the green one' (peruvian). With, the distinctiveness of raisin flavour akin to that in rum and raisin, with a slight lifting from it of something which could be described as plum, as they have done in the description. This doesn't emphasise anything I don't like about chocolate and is a nice surprise for chocolate, hence why it's my winner. I'm going to try a 100% in this one.If you haven't tried this, I highly recommend having a go yourself. :)

One of the best plain chocolates money can buy 😋
Ever since Willie's television programmes and cookbook we have l enjoyed his chocolate products. Sublimely superior real taste sensations whether plain, milk, white or flavoured. Truffles, limited editions, monthly subscription or chocolate spread, spirits, cooking cacao and cheese pairings you will not be disappointed. With only natural ingredients used, the sweetness is subtle unlike the mass produced chocolate today.

Best chocolate in the world
The packaging doesn't lie - you really are getting 5 wonders of the world. All other chocolate pales in comparison. Makes a lovely gift as well as a personal treat.

Very nice variety of flavours, well presented packaging.
These came very well presented in nice packaging. There is a nice variety of flavours with none of them overpowering the core taste of dark chocolate. I would definitely recommend them as worth trying. The reason for 4 stars is because I like dark chocolate with a higher cacao content, in the 85% range, where as these were all around the 70% range. This is a reflection on my personal preferences and not a flaw of the product itself.

Quality product
My husband & I watched the program about Willie & his quest to develop his idea years ago & are so happy to have found the product he had such passion for, is as good as we hoped. There are five individually wrapped bars in the box, with a minimum of 69-72% cocoa solids. The quality of the packaging is lovely & is matched by the delicious contents, husband loves it.
