Great item, albiet expensive. The images can be slightly misleading as there is no PVC strap that you can snap your ID card to. You only get the ring wherein you have to attach the card like a key.The couple of sleeves that I have received don't reflect confidence as they are very soft and may tear if tugged hard.Coming to the pulley, it is strong and durable. The wire is braided and tightly pulls back.The round metal case with the clip might feel slightly bigger than we are generally used to for ID cards.If you are looking for an ID card holder that would last long, you can go for this one.

Good quality retractor only.
The metal retractor is perfect. But the card holder is very thin and soft and flimsy. Will not last. Poor quality card holder. See the slot where the retractor meets the card holder, should get torn easily. Doe not look like silicone but mostly plastic. Non durable at first sight.Been almost 3 months and the first flexible plastic card holder has given way, cut at the place where the retractor ring holds. Using spare one now. Retractor still working perfect.
