I am extremely disappointed and furious with the VW TV I purchased. This is by far the worst, most pathetic, and fraud brand I have ever come across. The build quality is absolutely cheap and third-class—made with plastic that doesn't even last a month. My TV stopped working within days, and now there’s a screen issue that hasn’t been resolved for over 2 months.Despite calling customer care multiple times, there has been zero response. These people don’t pick up the phone, ignore calls, and don’t even respond to emails. Their so-called customer support is filled with rude, unprofessional, and clueless individuals who are not even capable of having a basic conversation.This is a clear case of fraud and false advertising. I am now left with a defective product and no support or solution from the company. If this issue is not resolved IMMEDIATELY by either providing a replacement or a full refund, I will be left with no option but to take strict legal action, including filing an FIR against the brand and the executives I spoke to.I request Amazon to take this matter seriously and remove this fake brand from your platform immediately. Sound quality is adequate, though I’d recommend external speakers or a soundbar for a better audio experience.Setup was straightforward and the TV interface is user-friendly. It supports major streaming apps, which is a big plus. The remote is simple and responsive. One thing I did notice is that the viewing angles aren’t the widest, so the picture dims slightly if you’re off to the side.For the price point, it’s a great budget-friendly option, especially for a second room or casual viewing. Delivery was fast and the packaging was secure. I’d definitely consider VW again for future purchases.

Good Made in India product. Met my expectations except fixing accessories (Only two screws provided for fixing the tv on a standard TV stand. Qty should have been four).

Below are the major issues I encountered:The TV is not an Android TV, despite being advertised as one.The build quality, user interface, picture, and sound are extremely poor.The remote control has a YouTube button, but there is no YouTube app on the TV — clearly a false promise.There is no Android App Store, and no option to install any other applications. (Netflix can’t installed)The processor is extremely slow — the TV froze while opening an app on the very first day.It is highly disappointing that a trusted platform like Amazon allows such substandard and misleading products to be sold. Customers trust the product information provided and expect honest representation.I kindly request you to initiate a full refund immediately plus exchange money Rs. 500/- Because I have not process for any exchange after purchase. The TV was delivered timely.I have checked it and it's working fine. A great product for it's price. I was looking for a budget product and it fit perfectly.Just three issues:1. No one has called for installation yet.2. Netflix is not working on the TV.3. Usable memory is less than GB, meaning you can only install a handful of apps without slowing down the TV.
