You can never have too many towels. This is an old theory I have and think that it holds true the longer you go through life. The problem with towels is that they take up a lot of space and usually weigh a lot. That becomes even worse when you use it and it becomes damp. Fortunately, there are new options for active people like this microfiber towel.The towel is quick drying and very soft. It’s great for sports like swimming because you can dry off quickly and the towel doesn’t stay damp. When the towel arrived, I thought of it like a Chamois for a car, which is essentially the same thing. The difference here is this Chamois is human sized. It comes in many colors, but I chose the blue one. It’s a soft, light blue that is complementary to many different items.When it arrives, the towel is stored in a mesh travel pouch, which also helps its drying process after it’s been used. I removed it from the bag to find that it also had an elastic loop that allows you to roll/wrap it up quickly and easily. I thought it might be a little like rolling up a sleeping bag — where you can never quite get it back to its original form. Thankfully, I was wrong about that.The size is comparable to a full sized bath towel. It’s not oversized, but it will cover your body if you are an average size. One night while I was working at my computer I actually wrapped it around my shoulders because it was chilly and the towel kept me warm enough to not need to turn the heat up, but didn’t let me get too hot.I feel like the towel does a good job drying off skin. When you try to dry a surface — like a desk — it does leave behind a little moisture, but then again, this was designed to work for people and not objects.I recommend this towel for anyone who needs a lightweight travel towel. You could easily store it in your car or gym bag for safe keeping.

Overall a decent product, does its job. Only gripe was that the texture is so stiff on the skin, but what can you expect for microfiber right? Also, after using it I get covered with the microfiber.... I look like a tarantula! I even tried washing it so maybe any loose fibers would come off, and it still happens.

I bought these for a trip to Antigua not wanting to pack a heavy terry towel or pay the resort a deposit. First of all let me say that this towel is huge-even for me a plus sized gal. Also, I packed it in my carry and and it worked as both a pillow (so soft) and a light blanket. It was perfect at the beach because the sand shakes right off it and it absorbs water and dries so quickly. Definitely the best idea we had for making our trip easier and better.

Works extremely well! Got this for the gym before work. It was a little weird at first comparing it to cotton towels. This towel absorbs the water very quickly and dries just as quick. It folds up nice into its little travel bag. Solid purchase.

Great towels. Use it for showering at the gym. I like the strap to hang it. It dries really fast and is much smaller than packing a normal towel, so takes up a lot less space.In fact, after the gym I just hang it in my car and by the time I get out of work, it's dry. Definitely can't do that with my normal towel. Only grip is the elastic strap. Since there is a button clasp strap already, it seems redundant to have the elastic one too. I'd rather it just had one strap. But not a deal breaker at all. The size is great too. I thought I'd order the beach towel size, but this XL size is already more than enough. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Got a set for camping this summer for bathing towels - pack up nice and dry super fast. Light weight so won't have to worry about heavy duty cloths line to hang them on. As soon as got the first set ordered another set to go in our dry bags for kayaks!!! Was worried they would feel like the microfiber cleaning towels I use - but these feel really nice!!

We bought these towels for use during a trip to St. John with several excursions planned. I wasn't sure what to expect from a microfiber towel but we LOVE them. They aren't plush like a normal beach towel, but are great for not taking up a ton of room and aren't bulky. They absorb a ton of water and dry fairly quickly and best of all the sand doesn't stick to it! The snap hook is GREAT for securing to a chair, boat rail, or tree for drying. I wouldn't use on a beach trip where I have tons of space in a car, but for bringing on a beach vacation where suitcase room is at a premium, they are perfect. We've washed them 4+ times now due to salt water and are holding up great. So happy with this purchase!

I got this towel for my pilates class as I needed an anti-slip towel to put on top of my yoga mat. It's really good quality and light, offers good grip and dries really quickly. Really good towel, I'm very happy with it.

The Good:-The towel itself is as advertised. Once laid out, it will dry in a matter of minutes, making it great for everyday and gym use.- It takes up very little room in my gym bag and is easy enough to roll up and place back inside the carry case.The Bad:- I'm not a massive fan of the material used. It feels quite rough on my skin and requires more time to get myself dry than if I was to use a normal cotton towel.Overall:If you're looking for a towel for gym or travel use, then I would highly recommend this one for the reasons stated above. Utilisée en voyage, j'en suis très satisfait, la serviette en microfibre sèche vite, ne garde pas l'eau, et sèche plutôt bien le corps.La seule différence avec une serviette en coton est qu'il ne faut pas tenter de se frotter avec, mais plutôt de la laisser absorber l'eau que l'on a sur le corps.D'un point de vue confort, ça fait bizarre, et c'est forcément moins confortable qu'une serviette traditionnelle.Par contre, en terme de gains de place, ça se justifie largement, surtout quand on doit limiter l'encombrement dans une valise.Je recommande totalement.Les plus :-Ultra compacte-Sèche bien pendant et après-Pas de mauvaises odeurs à déplorer pour peu qu'on la laisse sécher assez longtemps.-La taille impacte peu sur l'encombrementLes moins :-Moins confortable qu'une serviette classique-Le sac pour la ranger était assez fragile et s'est déchiré après quelques usages.Si mon avis vous a plu, n'hésitez pas à mettre un petit vote "utile", c'est toujours encourageant. :)

I ordered a couple of these after seeing lots of positive reviews. Many people pointed out that it is light and dry quickly. I would agree with both of these characteristics.However, the most important thing that a towel should be good at is drying the body, is it not? In this respect, this piece of cloth is the worst piece of cloth that claims to be a towel that I have ever had the experience of using. It dries REALLY poorly, sticks to the body so that you can't rub yourself (as you normally do with a towel) and it feels really unpleasant as a consequence. If you are using it just as a beach wrap, it might just work, for any activity where you need to dry your body - it's terrible. Don't be misled by all the microfibre techtalk which is garbage. Next time I will buy a proper towel that dries, and I advise you to do the same, unless you just want a coloured piece of cloth.

This is a very light-weight alternative to a towel which is great for the gym and travelling abroad. It also dries very quickly indeed unlike conventional towels. At first, the feeling of the microfibre towel feels strange when you have been used to using a standard towel, but you get used to the feeling. You feel dry in no time and it has a useful elastic loop on the one side so that when you roll it up you can use it like a rubber band to keep it in a compact shape.

My hubby and I are both keen swimmers and always take our gear away on holiday. Bought two of these because of weight and compact size for ease of packing. Wasn't convinced when they arrived that they would be good drying towels, but have already been on their first trip and they are perfect. They are a very generous size despite the light weight and great drying towels. Love them.
