SAMSFXFishing Fish Gripper for Scale (Mini Fish Lip Grip)

Clip and spring seem very strong yet easy to engage. Spring is thick and cant imagine it weakening over time with proper care. Easily held up a 4 pound bass on my first trip out with it. Maybe an aluminum body would be more durable given the price of this thing, but we'll see how the plastic fares in the 120 degree heat index in Texas.

Good concept but definitely lacking in the field. The gripper’s spring is too strong and it takes a lot to open it. It is also very big. Def recommend for 20lb+ fish. The grip also is like teeth that clamp, which will hurt the fish’s jaw when weighing. Def do not recommend for bass fishing

This item works fine, I wish it opened a little wider, but certainly serves the purpose , especially handling large catfish.

This was a great purchase and holds the fish on the scale with ease. Would recommend to anyone who didn't buy a set or needs to replace their old one. Strong spring with great grip

just ok... doesnt grip very well if the fish flap around it releases easily

Hard to press open. Hand is close to fish mouth if using. (Need full hand grip, not just fingers to open grip)These two things mean don’t use for musky/pike - too close to sharp teeth.
