my son loves this set! we added these pieces with our other train sets we have and i love that they fit with our other train track pieces. the pieces are easy for my three yr old son to put together himself. the only thing is that the trains don’t fit under the bridge so we have to prop it up a bit more.

I ordered this for my 16 month old after I took him to Barnes and Noble and he loved playing with the train set they had set up. This is a great, basic little train set that will keep your toddler entertained. It's also a great starter set, as these track pieces will fit with pieces in other sets if you wanted to keep expanding. We have not glued the tracks to a table, as we want to keep collecting pieces to build something bigger, but it's nice that you can rearrange the tracks to make different configurations. There are a couple of really cute pieces like the stop light and the lady. My only complaint is that the tracks are different colors (see review photo). Yes, this is unsightly for adults, but my 16 month old didn't care in the slightest, so it's not really a big deal to me.

I ordered this set to augment an old Brio set I had purchased for my kids many years ago. I was delighted that the pieces integrated perfectly with what I have, and I love the bridge component, which is very stable and doesn't get knocked over like the original bridge that came with Brio. This set is made of sturdy wood and is almost indestructible, but the knobs on the track pieces can break off, which can be a problem if kids grab them when they are fitted together and twisted hard. I have six grandkids, and they all LOVE building train tracks and playing with the little magnetized train cars. It is a great toy to stimulate imaginations and keep little ones away from brain deadening electronic devices.

I’m impressed with this brand of wooden train toys! Got this to expand our Brio collection, and these are a perfect fit. The bridge is sturdy despite its delicate appearance. The tracks, cute engine and train car, and the other additional items are well made and very smoothly finished. All in all, this set should last for literal generations of kiddos yet to come!

The media could not be loaded. This toy is simple enough to assemble and use for young children. My favorite feature about this specific set of wooden tracks is the bridge. The bridge is so unique and fun. My little one absolutely loves watching the cars slide down the descent from the bridge. I also love the mixture of pieces that can be used as props around the track. The tracks don’t fit perfectly snug together in place. There is wiggle room in the slots. The performance of the tracks is good, but not perfect. The cars don’t easily stay exactly on track, so it is not entirely perfect. There are plenty of straight and curved pieces which allow us to create a few different styles of tracks. The price is fair based on the quantity, quality, and fun.
