An excellent tracker matched by superb customer service.After 6 months one of my trackers stopped working, Suspecting the battery had run down earlier than expected. When I opened the case up a small piece of metal fell out. Turned out the spring holding the battery in place had come adrift. On contacting supplier they offered to send a next day replacement saying I would not be able to repair the tracker myself. Great service all round.

I purchased a two pack of the Smart Tag LITE. Fantastic price and a massive saving over the Apple Air Tag. What did I have to lose?Tags arrived very quickly and were set up in just a few minutes. Both worked a dream.A couple of weeks later a problem arose with one of the tags so I followed the instructions which came with the pack and sent a WhatsApp message to the company. No here’s the business….. in less than 24 hours a brand new tag was delivered - all free of charge!A Truly excellent after sales service, sadly hardly seen today by many other companies - so ‘hats off’ to HH-Tech. A superb business who sell pretty good products too! Thank you.

Used for one trip and they both worked well as expected. The next time I tried to use them one was broken. Amazon have offered a refund/return.So I’m happy enough.

I ordered these but didn't;t get round to serving them up for several weeks, by which time it was too late to return them.I managed to set up one of the tags with no issues. When it came to the second one it simply didn't work - I tried to activate it by pressing the button but no bleep was made. It failed to pair with my phone so I took out the battery, replaced it and now it is completely dead and won't even turn on.So my "2 pack" of tags is, in reality, a "1 pack".Very disappointing.

Once the battery went couldn’t reconnect it to my phone once replaced.

Since I’ve bought these I’ve had a couple of issues. One was technical and one was a fault. What unbelievably great customer service I received on both occasions- truly outstanding- I can’t praise their service enough!

Won’t connect up at all. Wouldn’t recommend it. It wouldn’t even be getting one star only I had to review it.

We have air tags and in comparison, these worked very well

I got the pair for $20 and it is an awesome price for the features. The small manual is sufficient and I was able to set them up within 5 minutes with my iPhone.I am to travel next month and at $10 per item, it is an awesome price that I ended up buying more.Note: These don't provide real time tracking like a GPS enabled phone. I think in order to conserve battery, it sends a ping every few minutes (5-10) and sends the location of the connecting iPhone as tracking. That is good enough to track luggage but may not be sufficient for tracking a person.Also, i doubt it would be very helpful in wilderness or if you use only Android devices.I really wished there was another product for android. The battery is user replaceable and it comes with two additional batteries. For some reason, the vendor chose to include one protective sleeve and a childish key chain. Two protective sleeves would have been great, one for both items.

UPDATE:After having this in my car, just in case it was stolen, I noticed that it hadn't been opperable for 6+ months. I thought it was a battery, and when I opened the case to replace it, a couple parts fell out. and it really can't be repaired. In total, I got about 3 months use out of it.===================================================This is a more affordable, plastic alternative to the AirTag, utilizing the same system—though it's not compatible with Android devices. I placed one in each of my cars for added security, whether to track them in case of theft or simply to locate them in a crowded parking lot. The on/off button isn't my favorite feature, as I don't want to accidently turn it off. It does require three presses to turn off, so hopefully that will help. However, it comes with some handy extras, including additional batteries, a keychain, short lanyards, and a silicone holder.
