Tried this for the first time yesterday. Easy to use, clear display

It's a piece of junk. Arrived without batteries and doesn't fit the standard batteries that are used in everything else.

Very easy to use, tested through the range and seems to be very accurate .Great for taking the worry out of next day driving. I bought this Digital?Breathalyzer as a guide to when I would be okay to drive following having a drink, and to see how in line my perceptions of when I think I'm safe are accurate or not (I am pleased to say my perceptions were spot on!). Great to know that my common sense was spot on in line with this device. I will be using it over holiday to check I'm safe to drive if I have had a drink earlier in the evening

This product is wildly inaccurate. I’ve compared it to professionally calibrated devices and it reads several tenths higher. Given that the legal level of alcohol intoxication is 0.08 in many states, a few tenths off is highly significant.

I received this tester, because I was curious what my blood alcohol level would register after drinking a glass of wine. The tester appears to be just fine, providing the feedback I was expecting.The instructions, however, are terrible. Here's an excerpt -- you figure out what they are trying to say (I've kept the spelling exactly as it was written):"If first wark up is defeated, the tester will be reset automatically and wank up again for 1-2 times.It always has a large number of gas & impurity absorbed on the surface of alcohol sensor, when first time taking out the tester from packaging, or after long time no using for the tester, it need more time for clearing and wark up the alcohol sensor , you should repress the power button and retry several times if possible."What?Update: initially, I thought the tester was pretty good; but it quickly started to give varying results and then finally the tester stopped registering anything. We tested it after varying levels of consumption, and it simply stopped working.

Arrived on，stated day does exactly as described. Very simple to use and I've not had any operational issues. Very handy for "driving after drinking", comes with good clear instructions. Very well for the cost. We brought this alcohol?tester on on advice from a friend who has used it for some time. It has kept him safe form driving. Seems to work, well worth the money.Thanks
